Sch 'A' Part - I: (B/R WORKS. (RIGID PAVEMENT, FLEXIBLE PAVEMENT AND NON LOAD BEARING OF FLEXIBLE SURFACES) Demolition of cement concrete in dispersal area of (Rigid portion) Ground floor/ paving of any description and any position not otherwise specifically provided for paving (below or above ground level) all as specified and as directed.
Demolition of cement concrete in flexible portion of helipad and dispersal area of Ground floor/ paving of any description (Demolition of GSB, WMM,DLC other than cement concrete) and any position not otherwise specifically provided for paving (below or above ground level) all as specified and as directed. Note for item No. 2 & 3: Demolition of adjoining area shall be made straight using suitable mechanical / electrical cutting machine without disturbing the rigid / Flexible pavement. The cost is deemed to be included in this item.
Surface dressing not exceeding 15cm deep in hard / dense soil and getting out and disposing off the soil outside MD land all as directed. Note: This item will not be operated for areas covered under items 2,3,5 & 6 .
Surface excavation not exceeding 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in hard/dense soil.
Excavation over area not exc 1.50m deep and getting out in hard / dense soil by mechanical means all as specified and as directed.
Removing excavated soil to a distance, outside MD land in consultation with BBMP Official (Floor filling Material)/ debris/ Soils etc received from excavation and demolition and depositing at a level not exceeding 1.50m above the starting point all as specified and as directed.
Rolling and consolidating formation surfaces in cutting to the required gradient and camber including filling in depression and hollow, watering, levelling etc., complete using tandem vibratory/ power roller exceeding 8 tonne and not exceeding 12 tonne capacity all as specified and as directed. Note: Rolling and consolidation the formation surfaces to the required gradient and camber under optimum moisture conditions to achieve at least 98% of maximum dry density determined using modified proctor density determination method as per relevant IS code.
Rough excavation not exceeding 1.5 m deep and getting out in hard / dense soil.
Forming embankments using soil obtained from rough excavation including raising or lowering earth, spreading in layers not exceeding 30 cm thick, watering, ramming/ rolling under optimum moisture conditions to the specified percentage of standard proctor density not less than 95% and finishing to required size, shape, etc, not exceeding 1.5 m high from base. Note: To arrive finished quantity for payment purpose 5% deduction shall be made for bulkage from quantity computed.
Milling of existing DAC surface with asphalt zipper machine to a depth exceeding 30mm and not exceeding 50mm averaging 40mm thick (approx) and disposing the scarified material off the premises. Note: Disposal of retrieved material shall be measured and paid seperately vide relevant item of this BOQ.
Removing excavated material obtained from milling of DAC to a distance outside MD land including loading and unloading and stacking at the destination all as directed.
Preparing the existing bituminous surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with mechanical blower to remove all loose dirt etc all as directed.
M&L applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen VG-10 @ 3Kg/10 Sqm over existing/new blacktop and DBM/DAC surfaces all as directed.
M&L Premix Dense Bituminous Macadam (DBM), 75 mm thick (consolidated thickness) with grading 2 of IRC laid in one layer using 4.5% (minimum) binder content by weight of total mix, with paving bitumen of grade VG-30 using hot mixed in hot mix plant and laid by using mechanical paver with sensor rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient all as specified. The marshall stability shall be a minimum of 900 Kg. DBM shall be as per MORTH specifications. Notes : (i) No price adjustment shall be applicable if excess quantity of binder content is used / approved in the execution of work under this item. (ii) Layer shall be rolled and consolidated. (iii) DBM shall be as per MORTH specification including minimum binder content mentioned therein and as detailed in Particular specification. (iv) DBM on existing black top surface and WMM surface shall be laid over Priming/tack coat which will be measured and paid separately under respective item of this BOQ.
M&L Premix Dense Asphaltic Concrete (DAC) with grading 1 of IRC 50 mm thick (consolidated thickness) using PMB-76-10 as per IS 15462-2019 revised, (min Marshall Stability 1200 Kg ) with 5.4% binder content by weight of total mix, over a tack coat of VG-10 @ 3 Kg per 10 Sqm elastomeric thermoplastic with minimum 80% Elastic recovery using hot mix plant spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete using necessary mechanical sensor paver and tandem vibratory roller of capacity exceeding 8 tonne but not exceeding 12 tonne capacity complete all as specified and as directed
M&L for preparation of concrete/bituminous surface and applying two coats painting lines, dashes, arrow, letters etc on roads, Runway, pavement and like exc 10cm wide with road marking paint (Aqua based paint) using mechanical means over a coat of primer (White or Golden Yellow colour) all as specified and as directed.
M/L for preparation of concrete/bituminous surface and applying two coats of water based Exterior emulsion paint using mechanical means over a coat of primer on new surfaces of road, Runway, pavements and the like not exc 10cm wide (White / Golden Yellow /as colour approved by GE) all as specified and as directed.
M&L for preparation of concrete/bituminous surface and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer all as specified and as directed..
Granular Sub Base, grade V, 150mm thick (compacted thickness) in single layer with crushed stone aggregate and conforming to grading as specified, spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete using tandem vibratory roller exceeding 8 tonne and not exceeding 10 tonne capacity all as specified and directed.
Granular Sub Base, grade V, 300mm thick (compacted thickness) in two layers each layer of 150 mm (compacted thickness) with crushed stone aggregate and conforming to grading as specified, spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete using tandem vibratory roller exceeding 8 tonne and not exceeding 10 tonne capacity all as specified and directed. Note for item No. 23 & 24: (i) Cost of rolling and compaction of filled granular sub-base is also deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted under this item. (ii) Each layer shall be rolled separately. (iii) Payment shall be made for solid quantity arrived after consolidation. (iv) Compaction of granular sub base filling shall be carried out under optimum moisture conditions to achieve 98% of modified proctor density. Curing of each layer shall be carried out as per IRC recommendations.
Note for item No 23 & 24 Contd.. (v) Quoted unit rate shall be for 300/150 mm consolidated thickness in two layers 150mm thick and single layer of 150mm thick. (vi) Before execution of this item the approved material obtained from outside MD land shall be tested / checked for suitability to use. The lead/royalty involved is to be ascertained by the contractor before quoting his tender and no extra payment/adjustment for increase in lead or rate of royalty due to whatsoever reason shall be admissible on this account. (vii) Contractor can use vibratory earth compactor in lieu of power roller to achieve 98% modified proctor density (MPD) at OMC without any extra cost and method of compaction to be adopted as per recommendation of agency reporting max. density at OMC.
M&L Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) 225 mm thick (compacted thickness) minimum in three layers of 75mm each with coarse granite stone aggregate of specified grade, spread, rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber complete using necessary mechanical paver/ grader and tandem vibrator of capacity exceeding 8 tonne and not exceeding 12 tonne capacity all as specified and as directed. Each layer shall be rolled and consolidated separately. WMM shall be as per MORTH specifications as detailed in particular specifications.

Note for Item No 26 & 27:- (i) The unit rate quoted shall be for 225/150mm thick consolidated thickness in 3/2 layers respectively for 225/150mm thick(each of 75mm thick compacted thickness) (ii) Each layer shall be rolled and compacted separately. (iii) WMM shall be as per MORTH specification as detailed in the specification.
M&L Preparation of unsurfaced Wet Mix Macadam (WMM) by brushing with wire brushes for removing cracked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surfaced with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc all as specified and as directed..
M&L applying evenly a priming/tack coat with bituminous primer using paving bitumen @ 7Kg/10 Sqm over new surface of WMM all as directed.

M&L for 150mm thick Dry Lean Concrete(DLC) M-15(Design mix ) and aggregates shall be as per IRC- using (granite stone aggregate) spread and laid with mechanical paver and rolled with 8 to 12 tonne capacity power roller and consolidated to required gradient and camber (Grading of aggregates shall be 26.5 mm to 75 micron) all as specified). Note: No price adjustment shall be applicable if excess quantity of cement than the minimum is used/ approved based on mix design in the execution of work under this item.

Supply and lay 400 micron thick HDPE sheet in two layers as per ASTM D1203/ IS 2508 laid over sand layer with side and end overlapping not les than 300mm all as specified
M &L for 360 mm thick Design Pavement Quality Cement concrete (PQC) of min flexural strength 45kg/cm2 with RMC using minimum cement content 400kg/Cum and as per design mix with non circular fibre synthetic reinforcement laying with mechanical slip form paver sensors including necessary form work at Joints/edges all as specified and as directed. Note: (a) Construction joints/ dummy (contraction joints) and expansion joints shall be measured and paid separately under respective items. (b) Deduction shall be made in computing concrete quantity for expansion joints. (c) No price adjustment shall be applicable if excess quantity of cement than the minimum is used / approved based on mix design in the execution of work under this item. (d) Cost of admixtures to maintain as required by design mix is deemed to be included in the rate quoted.
Supply only Non circular, virgin, synthetic, monofilament polyester fibres of length 12mm to 18mm, specific gravity 1.34, UV stable, alkali resistant,equivalent diameter 15-40micron, minimum melting temperature 250 C and minimum tensile strength 300 Mpa be used up to 0.25% by weight of cement or as per manufacturer specification, in design. All properties/ specification to meet test parameters as per IS 16481 :2016 all as specified and directed.
M&L Finishing surfaces of concrete pavements by transverse brooming / grooving of maximum 300mm wide by 1.50mm deep at approximately interval of 25mm c/c as per ICAO grooving / brooming will be through attachment in mechanical paver all as directed.
M/L Forming 20mm wide thick expansion joints for 360mm thickness of concrete(PQC) filled with preformed bituminous filler board , applying bond breaker tape on top of filler board for complete width of joint, provision of polystyrene backup rod, filled with polyurethene sealant (min depth of sealant above backup rod shall be 20mm) priming the slides and applying masking tape on edges of joints to prevent accidental spillage and removing the masking tape after sealant applied and all as specified as directed.
M&L for Dummy (contraction) joints for 65mm deepX 10mm wide (using diamond cutter) filled with expanded polysterene foam applying bond breaker tape on top polyurthene foam for complete width of joint, provision of closed cell polystrene backup rod and sealed with 10mm thick sealing compound polyurethene based sealant and debonding /strip/rod (depth minimum above backup rod) priming the sides, masking tape on edges of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surfaces and to give a neat finish to sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied (max size of slab should not exceed 3.80m) all as specified and directed.
Cutting circular hole of dia 400mm and 75mm deep in M40 concrete, cut to shape using concrete cutter, drilling holes of 32mm dia, 2 Nos, to a depth of 200mm, fixing 25mm dia round bars of length not exceeding 70cm bent into "U" shape with minimum 200mm anchorage, grouting the same using solid grout with high flow non shrink cementious grout, after applying bonding coat as in mooring rings complete all as specified and as directed. Notes:- (a) The concrete cutting shall be carried out by concrete cutter DCH 300 of DD 200 machine of HILTI, holes bored by TE 70 Combi-hammer of HILTI or equivalent. (b) The grout shall be of Conbextra brand and bonding agent of Nitobond EP of M/s Fosroc India or equivalent of makes as listed hereinafter.
SCHEDULE: 'A' Part - II (B / R WORKS RELATED TO RCC DRAINS) : Excavating in trenches n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, laying of cables, laying of pipes etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil all as specified and as directed.
M&L PCC M10 type 2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, as in foundation of drain all as specified and as directed.
M/L for RCC M25 Design Mix (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, raft footing, plinth beam, base of columns etc.
M&L Use and waste of form work to sides of concrete foundation footing, bases of columns, rafts and beams sides and soffits if any of foundation and plinth beam and similar work vertical or to bottom fair finished surfaces.
M/L RCC M-25 (Design Mix) (20 mm graded stone aggregate) walls retaining walls and basement walls and like any thickness above top of footing including attached pilasters and buttresses all as specified and as directed.
M&L Use and waste of form work to face of walls, retaining walls abutments parapets and staircase railing and similar work including attached pilasters etc sides of concrete foundation footing, bases of columns, rafts and beams sides and soffits if any of foundation and plinth beam and similar work vertical or to bottom rough finished surfaces.
All as per item No 46 above but fair finished surface etc complete, all as directed.
M/L for RCC M25 design mix (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in slab supported on walls and columns in floors roofs landing balconies canopies, deck slabs in etc foundation, raft footing, plinth beam, base of columns etc all as specified and as directed.
M&L Use and waste form work to soffits of suspended slab such as roof slab, floor slab, landing and similar works fair finished surface all as directed.

Supply, installation and testing of cast iron Isolating Transformer housing box confirming to FAA / ICAO, fixed in the NLB area, water tight round type, metal container of outside size 330 mm dia, height 450 mm made of 10 mm thick cast iron moulding all round, except the top surface, which is 15 mm thick, cast iron moulding suitable to receive a light fitting base plate on the top and underground housing associated with transformer, power cable and having two holes opposite as per site requirement at the periphery, centre 75 mm above bottom surface suitable to receive 50 mm dia HDPE as required. The box should have two SS earh bolts of M10x40 mm tapped inside near the hole (4" away from hole centre) and having drain hole at the bottom suitably tapped to receive 15mm dia GI pipe and having clear opening of 220 mm at the top surface and 06 Nos. M10 tapped hole having centre to centre distance of 260mm alongwith bolts & washers as required .
Supply and laying of 63 mm outer dia doubled walled corrugated (DWC) HDPE (high density polyethylene) pipe, ISI Marked comfirming to IS:14930, part II in existing trench /masonary open duct including coupling, splicing, jointing of pipe etc complete all as directed.
Core cutting of the Bitminous/Concrete Runway by cutting the Runway with Machine Tool for 8" (inch) dia, positioning of shallow base, applying suitable sealant for bonding etc., making the Runway to the original shape and strength, installation and alignmnent of fitting including connection etc, as required.
All as per item No 87 above but of 12" (inch) dia.
Supply of neoprene gaskets with 330 mm OD and 220 mm ID with 6 holes at 280 mm dia suitable to use between base plate and transformer housing box all as directed.
Supply of gaskets 8" suitable to use between Shallow Base and Inset Fitting all as directed. MAKE : IDMAN

Supply of M10 SS bolt.
Supply of bi pin halogen lamp of 200 W.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel pipe electrode, 40mm bore, medium grade, 4.5 metres length, buried directly and preferably vertically in ground with top edge not less than 2.5 metres below ground level connected with earthing lead of 4mm dia galvanised iron or steel wire including funnel, wire mesh, PCC chamber with PCC 1:3:6 type C2 including excavation and earth work, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 m, charcoal, lugs, common salt complete all as directed with RCC 1:2:4 cover slab 50 mm thick with re-inforcement of 8 mm TMT bars @ 100mm c/c both directions all as specified and indicated including testing on completion.
Providing and laying 6 SWG dia GI. wire along with cable in HDPE Pipe etc complete all as directed.
Providing and laying earth connections, from earth electrode with 6SWG dia, G.l wire in 15mm dia G.l pipe from earth electrode as required.
Taking out old U/s LT cable 4 core x 16sqmm after disconnection of all electric connection from LT panel all as directed.
Returning and filling of trenches in two parts (i) using riddled soil obtained from excavated soil upto depth of 30cm (8cm below cable and remaining above cable) for cushioning of cable and (ii) refilling the trench of remaining depth with normal excavated soil all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Excavated soil shall be riddled by using sieve to separate composite particles etc as per IS 1255-1983 and refilling in trenches as in cable cushioning.
Precast cement concrete cable cover (Un-reinforced), class LV type 1, flat of size 250mmx150mmx40mm thick for cable protection all as specified and as directed. Note :Cable cover shall be tested as per IS 5820 from Govt lab/NIT/IIT and test certificate shall be kept on record
Supply and laying, testing in trenches, connect and test LT underground cable of size 4 core 16 Sqmm XLPE insulated armoured and PVC sheathed 1100 Volts grade with aluminium conductor multistranded including cable connecting lugs, glands, jointing materials etc., laid in trenches, floors, roof, ducts and fixing using clamps, saddle for pole, wall complete all as directed.
