Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC), any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, posts embedded in concrete, brick work, masonry, etc complete all as specified as directed by Engr- in- charge.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed .

Dismantling structural steel work including door ,gates etc complete all as specified as directed by Engr- in- charge.

Demolition of brick work built in cement or cement lime mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in position not otherwise specially provided complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) as in any description and in any position not otherwise specially provided complete.as directed by Engr- in- charge.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description, on brick or stone walls etc. including raking out jopints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc complete.

Dismantling of Trellis work (jafri), including taking as under of battens of trellis (posts and rails measured separately) all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) in loose/ soft soil each not exceeding 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exeeding 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m and making good surface complete.

Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth in soft & loose soil complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in including spreading levelling watering well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm each layer in soft/loose soil complete all as specified as directed by Engr- in- charge.

Removing excavated material n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified as directed by Engr- in- charge.

M&L Brick work with fly ash bricks (old size) straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified as directed by Engr- in- charge.

M&L for brick work with Fly Ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius built in CM 1:4 in half brick thick wall complete all as specified as directed by Engr- in- charge.

M&L for pre cast RCC jali 35mm thick in PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate set and jointed in CM 1:4 incl dismentling of old jali complete all as specified as directed by Engr- in- charge.

M&L providing reinforced cement concrete type B1 , 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) in precast post for securing RCC jali post straining or terminal post struts etc for fencing average sectional area not exc 100 sq. cm height up to 100cm , with or without chamfered angles and flat splyed, rounded or mitred tops as directed and fixed.

M&L Granite (of any type) 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixure of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing types as in platform or as in vertical surface over 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick / concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and fair including dismantling if required Complete all as specified and directed

M&L for 15mm thick Rendering in cement mortar 1: 4 on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even & smooth without using extra cement as complete as specified per manufacturer instruction all as specified

M&L for Mild steel work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 in nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc, wind ties for roof including securing bolts, posts & struts in fencing including cutting top to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting complete all as specified as directed by Engr- in- charge.

M & L for PCC (1:3:6) type C2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundation/filling and mass concrete complete all as spd complete all as specifide .

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rail, straining bolts, etc including provision of binding wire complete.

Supply only chain link mild steel galvanized fencing, any type or size complete all as specified as directed by Engr- in- charge.

M&L mild steel round bars 10 mm dia or over, cut to length, bend to shape required, fixed independently to support chain link fencing complete all as specified. Fe 410-W Gde E-250 complete all as specified as directed by Engr- in- charge.

M&L for Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut,length of bolt exc 5 cm but n exc 10 cm long and dia of shank 11 to 15mm complete.

M&L Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, ladders etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, Doors etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing of GDE Fe410-0 or Fe 310-O complete

Supply and fixing mild steel work as in flats , ties, straps etc.complete all as specified.

S&F 1.5 mm thick Plain colour PVC sheet fixed or laid on to flush doors, steel gates, as in roof etc as in cladding by using rubber based adhesive, driiling and screw complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L Providing ( factory made) precast cement concrete type B-1 (1:2:4) 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in apex stones,Kerb stone etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including rounding , chamfers, weatherings, throat- ing etc. and setting in mortar 1:4 complete . ( Note : Size of factory made Kerb Stone as decided at site by Eng-in-Charge and unit rate includes cost of excavation if any involved at site)

M & L for Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete including sub base of floors or in paving i.e. interlock tiles,Chequered tiles etc. complete all as specified.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in any thickness,in flooring/hardstanding laid in alternate panels incl all necessary formwork and vibrator to be used complete all as specified & directed .

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate in coping, plinth course, parapets or roof kerbs ,rounded or chamfered on edges and kerb stone, as in floor including necessary form work complete all as specified as directed by Engr- in- charge.

M&L Broken bricks hardcore of gauge n.exc 63mm deposited, spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15mm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete all as specified.

M & L Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement incl forms, mould, mitred, stopped ends etc all as specified

M & L RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in precast cement concrete, drain covers (vibromechenically floated ) including all use of forms, moulds or machine moulds and setting the blocks, slabs etc in cement mortar 1:4,complete all as specified and directed.
