Charges for removal of twisted / sagged main suspension steel rope in RHS lift by moving to the lift cabin (top of lift room) and hold by chain block arrangements and holding the counter weight by jacking arrangements at below '0' mtr for releasing loosened rope from sheave, measure and remove the elongated length of rope and reposition in sheave by arresting the eye bolt and checking the alignment from '90' mtr to '0' mtr from machine room, main hoist to counter weight including T&Ps and consumables.

Charges for removal of existing traction sheave in RHS lift. This work involves arresting the counter weight blocks at below '0' mtr elevation by jacking arrangements, moving and arresting the Lift CAR at 90 mtr elevation by lifting and hanging entire car assembly by using chain block arrangement. Releasing of all the ropes one by one and arresting the released rope at the top of the lift machine room, removing of fasteners and lifting of bearing pedestal from the bed by using chain block. Removing and releasing of traction sheave fasteners and lifting of existing traction sheave and after completion of rectification of Lift CAR cabin twisting work and refixing of the released existing traction sheave in position and reassembling of bearing pedestal and alignment of Traction sheave, reassembling of suspension steel ropes in position, releasing of counter weight block from jack arrangement and releasing of Lift CAR cabin from chain block hanging, conducting trial run and normalizing the lift operation. (The required material will be supplied by TANGEDCO).

Charges for dismantling the existing damaged twisted Lift CAR cabin from its position. Then the existing damaged MS structure of lift car cabin to be strengthened and MS structure aligned with zero setting center. Then the dismantled lift car cabin are reassembled in right position and commissioned after removal of Lift CAR cabin twisting. Then the Lift CAR cabin positioned on MS structure in zero setting center at negative floor(-) to ground floor level. Then moving and arresting the lift car cabin assembly by using chain block arrangement. After completion of rectification of lift car cabin twisting work, Lift CAR cabin connected with lift elevator steel ropes and counter weight assembly. Then releasing of counter weight block from jack arrangement and releasing of Lift CAR from chain block hanging and conducting trial run and normalizing the lift operation. (The required material will be supplied by TANGEDCO).

Charges for inspection and minor repair rectification of existing Main drive motor blower / gear box oil changing work in RHS lift. This work involves removing of the existing blower from motor frame, cleaning the seating area, refixing the removed blower in their places.This work involves draining of old tavella 220 oil from gear box, flushing and re-filling new tavella 220 oil required level inluding cost of consumables and T&P's. (The required material will be supplied by TANGEDCO).

Charges for inspection and rectification of minor defects of the existing mechanical spares such as long travelling cable, door assembly parts, brake shoe assembly, toothed door closing motor belt, diverting Pulley, roller unit lock, door closing rope in Lift CAR door and Lift floor doors of RHS lift (16 Nos doors). This work consists of removal of existng spares from its position and cleaning the seating area & rectified the minor defects and refixing the same in their position including cost of consumables and T & P's.
