1. Floral Decoration & landscaping along with decoarative Alpana in front of theme pavelion as per direction & satisfaction of Engineer–in–charge.
2. Special lighting in theme pavelion as per direction & satisfaction of Engineer–in–charge.
3. All materials/ components to be used in theme pavelion will be treated with fire retardant chemical before erection complete as per direction & satisfaction of Engineer–in–charge.
N.B: Theme should be in conformity with DURGAPUJA with the prominence of Govt. Flagship Program. Projection of BISWA BANGLA & State of West Bengal should have to be incorporated within the theme. The theme will be approved by the competent authority of the Department/ Govt.
