Returning, filling in. including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick in any type of soil complete all as specified & directed

Removing excavated surplus material to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified & directed.

Supply & fixing of Sand cushioning to under ground cable laid in trenches for laying of LT UG cable 8 cm depth before laying the cable and 15 Cm after laying and punned down to depth of 10 cm as per MES SSR Part -I ( 2009) all as specfied and directed. Material and labour for laying of bricks locally available sub-class 'B' brick (old size) for cable protection cover laid flat and dry in trenches over the cable perpendicular to the directon of cable complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair for fabrication and installation of feeder pillar box outdoor canopy type, size 40cm (Height) x 30 cm (width) x 12 cm (thick), size of canopy 30cm x 13 cm complete with locking arrangement, 4 Nos aluminium busbar size 20 x 5mm, 8 Nos nut bolt, & 8 Nos aluminium cable socket suitable for upto 120 sqmm cable embeded in PCC foundation with 2 Nos angle iron leg 25mm x25mm, 400 mm long as per sample including taking down complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out existing Steel/PCC pole and refixing at another location complete all as specfied and directed. Note : The Quoted rate include the erection with help of hydra Machine or Manually.

M & L for servicing of feeder pillar box/ LT Cubical Panel, LT pannel after dismantling the incoming and outgoing connections from MCCB/ Bus bar and replacing the old burnt/ overheated unserviceable lugs, terminals, nuts, bolts, washers supporting insulators etc and welding the hinges of Pannel door and fixing the door in original positions also checking the serviceability of MCB / MCCB, earth continuity conductor and strip etc complete all as specified. Note: (i) Spare parts such as terminals, lugs, nut bolts, etc will be measured and paid under respective item in the schedule, (ii) Labour for fixing charges of the spare parts deemed to be included in the rate quoted for the items.

Note : The contractor shall arrange the tree cutting machine and vehicle mounted telescopic ladder for the same.

Refixing existing Aluminium strip of any size from building,Store house, Bunkers with porcelain insulator and tightly fix around the building complete all as specified and directed. Note : Necessary Saddles and Nails required for fixing the strip on wall shall be deemed including in items Rate.

Note: The work under subject BoQ (item No. 1.00 to 81.00 ) are meant for maint of External Electric in Nagrota Mil Stn ( Including Katra, Sanjhi Chat, Charli Hill ). The work shall be executed on ground on required basis. Contractor shall deploy sufficient resources to keep smooth working of External Electric Supply at Station. Contractor or his representative will daily attend the complaints at E/M complaint cell and in addition any breakdown shall be communicated to contractor or his representative by concerned Engineer-in-charge/JE E/M through phone call, text message, complaint slip and or in writing through site order book or through other means. Non complying of attending breakdown by contractor within 24 hours after notify the complaint, recovery @ Rs 1500/- per day shall be recovered from contractor's payment for each complaint so notified.
