Repair to the main storage shed for storing ferric alum, periodic maintenance and strengthening of roof top of shed at the Office of Executive Engineer, Quality Control and Procurement Division Narwal Jammu

Repair to the main storage alum shed of JSD (M) QC & Procurement Division Narwal Jammu, by way of replacement of 20 nos. broken Fiber sheets of side wall of shed damaged due to wear and tear with time / loading, unloading and stacking of alum, and 20 nos. broken fiber sheets of the roof of shed damaged due to wear and tear with time / windstorm by removing damaged/broken sheets of size 14 ft x 2.75 ft and providing and fitting of new fiber sheets on GI Pipes with the help of UJ bolts ,hooks ,nuts and bolts. Job further includes strengthening of the roof top by way of providing and fixing of MS strip of required size all along the angle truss of running length approx. 130 mtrs(425 ft) after drilling the holes at required distance for facilitating the U/J bolts so as to fix the strips over the PVC sheets thus strengthening the roof top and the PVC sheets. Further, the powdered alum heaps deposited on the floor of the shed is to be removed / cleaned and Cementing is to be done wherever required to level the floor of the shed . Job must be done by skilled labour exclusively skilled for roof top shed work. Job includes cost of material like U/J bolts , hooks ,nuts, bolts, welding rods, cement and MS strip, hire charges for welding set ,loading and unloading , transportation charges, tools and tackles , skilled and unskilled labor charges. Incl. of GST
