Earth work excavation and depositing on bank with in initial lead of 10 m and initial lift of 2m in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton soil, hard red earth,earth mixed with small sized boulders and hard gravelly soil as per SS 20B

Cement concrete 1:4:8 mix using 40mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing,laying and curing etc complete.

Brick work in cement mortar 1:5 mix using country bricks 83/4"x4 1/4"x2 3/4" and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Supplying and erecting Centering and Shuttering for soffits including necessary supports and strutting up to 3 M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at about 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with the standard specification.(Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid).

Steel - Fe 500 : Supply, fabrication and placing of reinforcement steel of high yield strength ribbed bars of various diameters and grade conforming to IS 1786 for reinforced concrete work. The work includes recoiling, straightening, cutting, bending, fabricating, and placing in position, at all levels including lead and lift, according to drawings, specifications etc. complete and supply & use of 18G black annealed binding wire double fold to tie the bars in position and providing precast cement/ PVC cover blocks for main reinforcement to ensure specified cover and complete., including all labor charges etc as directed by departmental officers.

RCC 1 :1.5 : 3 mix using 20mm ISS HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials but excluding centering charges including labour charges for mixing laying concrete etc., complete

Cost and supply of Steel Main Door in size of 1.80m x 2.10m with best approved quality with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officer

Cost and supply of Steel Door in size of 1.50m x 2.10m with best approved quality with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officer

Cost and supply of Steel Window in size of 1.50m x 1.30m with best approved quality with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officer

Paving the flooring with special type of flooring tiles (Cement based Hydraulically pressed Anti skid tiles (20mm thick) in CM 1:3, including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Providing granolethic floor finish in cement concrete 1:2:4 mix using 10-12mm ISS metal to 25mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing, laying, curing etc complete

Paving the Floor with scratch proof ceromic tiles of size 305x305x6mm including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Finishing the top of roof with one course of PRESSED TILES of size 23 cm X 23 cm X 2 cm laid in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to I.S. at 2% by weight of cement including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Weathering Course with brick jelly lime concrete to 0.075m thick laid in cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three sand) 12mm thick mixed with weight of cement including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc complete

Special ceiling Plastering with CM 1:3 10mm thick including cost and conveyance charges etc.,

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix to 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges etc., complete.

Distembering painting two coats with best approved quality and colour paint over one coat of Base coat including cost and convyance of all materials to work site and labour charges etc., complete.

Exterior Emulsion painting two coats with best approved quality and colour paint over one coat of Base coat including cost and convyance of all materials to work site and labour charges etc., complete.

(22 / 0.3) PVC insulated unsheathed SC copper conductor of 1100V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with TW switch box with 5A FT switch inflush with wall covered with hylum sheet of 3mm thick with painting of suitable colour for Concealed PVC light / fan point (for electronic regulator) (5 points per coil) SD 25

Supply and fixing of Single box type 4'40 W flu fitting complete with copper choke and condensor with TW round blocks on wall or ceiling with flu tube with PVC unsheathed Copper leads from terminals to the fitting. SD 88

Supply and fixing of TNEB meter Board suitable for 32A Single Phase service connection with 32A Fuse unit (500V) 32A neutral link and earth link (1" x 1/8" Copper flat) on TW plank of size 375mm x 300mm x 19mm with supporting TW reepers of 1" thick an either side with painting with suitable bolt and nuts for fixing the TW plank on wall with earth connection and inter connection with 7/20 PVC insulated copper wire from EB meter to fuse unit - SD 126.
