Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins,pillars etc but excl ashlar facing,dressed work and precast concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of framed work (any section) such as grills, gratings, drain cover etc.. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work connecting plates conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new steel / iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red-oxide primer complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for brick work with Sub class "B" bricks (old size) straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M& L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded agg) in kerbs, rounded or chamfered on edges/ coping including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster including raking out joints, hacking for key,scrubbing down with water built in cement mortar.

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
