S&F of sheet moulded compound (SMC) cable junction box of size 280mm x 170 mm x 130 mm including single phase & neutral bus bar and MCB SP 06 Amps, 250 Volt 50 Hz, 10 KA for control of street lights mounted on pole with the provision of MS clamps, nut bolt washer etc including cable entry complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and Fixing GI Bracket made out of 40 mm dia pipe, medium grade, 1.2 m length to shape for fixing on pole and suitable for street light fitting with 02 Nos clamps of flat iron (25 x 3 mm), nuts,bolts and washers including painting with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of primer all as specified and directed.

Design, supply, erection, testing and commissioning of outdoor type LT Feeder Pillar Box of overall size not less than 1000 mm width x 1200mm Height (Without Canopy & Base Channel) x 400mm Depth, M.S. Channel Base Frame mounted (to be mounted on the 3 side covered brick/ PCC block pedestal of height 900mm above ground level) , suitable for 3 phase 4 wire, 415 volts AC supply and having 4 Nos Aluminium bus bars of rating 200 amps, Provision of Spreader link to incoming side of MCCBs for termination of cables and extended aluminium bars from MCCB for termination of outgoing cables with MCCBs . The Feeder Pillar shall be duly fabricated in a approved / certified factory / fabrication House who posseses type test certificate from CPRI for similar type of Feeder Pillar and having modern fabrication and testing facility which includes atleast seven (07) tanks pre treatment facility comprising of de-greasing, rinsing, de-rusting, rinsing, phosphating, rinsing and passivation followed by powder coated painting (thickness not less than 80 Micron) with approved shade of RAL 7032 (SIEMENS GRAY). The Feeder Pillar shall be provided with suitable rubber gasket to make it completely dust and vermin proof and degree of protection not less than IP-55 and general construction conforming to IS : 13947. The feeder pillar shall be made out of 3.00mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet and 3.00mm thick gland plate and having compartmentalized construction for individual switchgears and Bus Bars and having front opening facility (with double layer shutter) and rear opening facility with single layer shutter with locking facility and 2 side slanting canopy type roof on top and mild steel channel (MC-75) base frame at bottom, suitable for mounting on the brick pedestal through grouting bolt, The panel board shall be provided with ventilation facility in the form of louvers for better heat dissipation. The feeder pillar shall be comprising of the followings :-

PROVISION FOR CABLE ENTRY :- The provision for cable entry / exit shall be provided in the bottom for both incoming and outgoing cables. BUS BARS & INTERNAL CONNECTIONS :- The bus bars should be made of Aluminium, duly insulated with 1100 volts grade standard colour coded heat shrink type PVC sleeves and rigidly mounted on suitable size 'F' class insulators of non hygroscopic non combustable, track resistant, high strength FRP / SMC / DMC material. 4 Nos Aluminium bus bars of rating 200 amps, . For all internal connections from main bus bars to switch gears and switch gear to cable alley shall be carried out with suitable size PVC insulated aluminium strip as per the current carrying capacity of individual switch gears. Earthing bar shall be provided as per standard practice and shall be made of Galvanized Steel flats of size 25mm x 6 mm. CONTROL WIRING:- All control wirings shall have to carried out with 1100 volts rated FRLS grade PVC insulated (Gray colour) multi - flexible type copper wire of cross sectional area 1.5 Sqmm and shall be properly bunched, tied and dressed, ferrule marked for proper identification and crimped with suitable size & type of tinned copper lugs and shall be wrapped with PVC spring type flexible pipes near the door hinges.

Note 1) All incoming & outgoing feeders to be marked with aluminium name plates duly rivetted on the front inner door of the feeder pillar. 2) All the cable entry / exit will be through bottom only, duly glanded with single compression type brass cable gland of suitable size. Cost of end termination of cable shall deemed to be included in the cost of feeder pillar. .3) All the inner / outer doors should have locking facility through castle locks . 4) Cost of all civil work for brick pedestal, duly plastered, shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted, no separate payment shall be allowed for this. 5) The dimension of Panel Board as mentioned above is tentative. If it is required to be enhanced to accomodate the switchgears and maintaining the gaps as per IE Rules, it should be enhanced as per requirement without any extra cost to the department. 6)The thickness of MS Sheet for outer shell and canopy shall be of 3.0mm and inner doors and partitions shall be of 2.0 mm 7) The Panel Board should be designed in such a way that adequete workable space is made available inside every compartments. 8) The drawing of the Panel Board shall have to be got approved by Garrison Engineer before starting of fabrication process.

M&L for submain wiring 2X 6 Sqmm& 1X6 Sqmm earth continuity conductor (green colour) both single core PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded copper conductor FRLS 1100 volts grade cables drawn through and including PVC concealed conduits not less than 20 mm dia & wall thickness not less than 1.8mm with conduit accessories complete all as specified and directed.. Note: Two runs of 6 Sqmm , one run of 6 Sqmm earth conductor and one run of conduit shall be measured and paid as one metre unit length. .

Material and labour for earthing complete with Galvanised steel earth plate electrode 600mm X 600mm X 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 metre below ground level) connected to GI earth wire of size 4 mm dia as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts and washers all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES Scedule part I (2009) with connected to earth test point including adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt., PCC (1: 3 : 6) type C-1 chamber and for earth pit with 40x40x6mm mild steel angle iron frame for cover. precast RCC cover 40mm thick (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars both ways 75mm C/C with MS handle 8 mm dia. PGI funnel and wire mesh, 20 mm dia GI pipe medium grade for watering and 15 mm dia GI light grade earth lead protection pipe. complete all as specified and directed.(Note:- earth lead and protection pipe upto 7.5 mtr is included in the quoted rates)

Supply, Installation , testing and commissioning of indoor type wall mounted (with bolt and nuts) meter cabinet of overall dimensions 1200 mm X 750mm X 200 mm made out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet with front door having glass window for viewing KWH meter and other door shall be opaque. All door should have gasket and locking arrangement. The cabinet shall be painted both internally and externally with powder coated paint of shade SIEMENS GRAY after necessary 7 tank process pre treatment of sheets. The cabinet shall be dust and vermin proof with degree of protection IP-51. The cabinet shall be comprising with the following accessories:- (a) MCCB 4 pole, 63 Amps with breaking capacity 16 KA having adjustable thermal and fixed magnetic release - 01 No (b) Aluminium bus bar of cross section 25X 3 mm duly mounted on FRP/DMC insulators and necessary drilling ( one incoming & minimum 7 outgoing) for connection and duly covered with heat shrinkable PVC sleeves of standard colour code - 04 Nos (c) Single phase KWH meter of rating 5-30 Amps, base mounting digital type electronic temper proof type with optical port suitable for AC 230 Volt, 50 Hz - 06 Nos (d) MCB SPN 6-32 Amp, 10 KA - 06 Nos and MCB SPN 6 Amps -01 No (for common lighting) (e) Internal wiring of meter / MCB/ Cable connector shall be carried with 6 Sqmm and from MCCB to bus bar to be 25 Sqmm multistranded flexible copper wire with FRLS grade PVC insulation of 1100 volt rating including necessary lugs/nuts/bolts/washer etc. (f)LED indicating lamp (RYB) suitable for AC 230 Volt single phase supply with backelite slide locking type fuse holder 6 Amps rating - 03 Nos, bakelite cable connector 3 way 30 Amps - 07 Nos (to be fixed inside cable alley)

M&L for brick masonary valve chamber of size 900 mm x 900 mm x 900 mm( internal dimension), with 3.00 mm thick mild steel sheet cover fixed with two Nos stainless steel hinges of 75 mm long on angle iron frame of size 40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm thick (mild steel sheet cover and angle iron frame shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer) , PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) as in foundation, 230 mm thick fly ash brick masonry built in cement mortar 1:4, 50 mm thick coping with PCC 1:3:6 , type C-0 ( using 12.5mm graded crushed stone agreegate) , 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 to all internal and exposed surfaces of valve pit including necessary excavation and earth work etc all as shown in drawing & directed.

Supply and errecting steel tubular pole swaged type 410-SP 22 (LT 8.5 mtr long pole) complete conforming to IS: 2713 complete with CI base plate pole cap bolt nuts & screw complete all as specified and painting with two coat of aluminium paint of the following works:- (a) Excavation in trenches 900 mm X 600 mm in plan and 1.57 mtr deep and getting out in soft/loose soil and disposal of surplus soil not exceeding 50 mtrs from the starting point. (b) M&L for PCC 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in lean concrete in pole foundation ( size 900mm X 600mm X 100 mm). (c) M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone agreegate around the pole (inside the post hole) upto ground level. (d) M&L for providing PCC 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for making a coping around the pole (size 450 mm X 450 mm X 450 mm ) above GL including plastering with cement mortar 1:4 and making the surface even and smooth by using extra cement and painting of coping with two coat of cement based paint all as directed. (e) M&L for writing letter or figures (in Roman font 50 mm height) with black synthetic enamel paint at 1.5 mtr height above GL through stencil complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : Manufacture's test certificate will be produced before execution of work.

M&L for 150 mm compacted thickness granular sub base (GSB) using graded stone aggregate 40mm to 63mm size intertices filled laid in two uniform layers of 75mm compacted thickness each layer spread, watered, rolled and consolidated to a true surface to required gradient and camber as required by using 8 to 12 tonne vibratory roller to achieve desired density complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Quoted rate shall be for 150 mm compacted thickness.

M&L for providing, laying,spreading & compacting graded stone aggregate wet mix macadam (WMM) as per approved design mix 150mm thick (compacted thickness) laid in 2 layers each of 75 mm thick (compacted thickness )including necessary lateral support and formwork if required using graded crushed stone aggregate of maximum size upto 40 mm including premixing the material with water to an optimum moisture content in automatic batch mixing plant and carting of mixed material by tiper at site & laying (on well prepared under base) by using self propelled mechanical paver, rolled & compacted to required camber and gradient using 8 to 10 tonne power roller & tandem vibratory roller to achieve uniform smooth surface etc complete all as specified and directed.
