Paving the floor with best approved quality fine polished Kota stone slabs of size 600 x 600 and above 20mm thick with machine cut edges laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three crushed stane sand) with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer xing the slabs in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with mathcing colouring pigments and polishing with floor polisher to a high degree of finish etc., complete complying with standard speicification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Dadooing walls with following best approved quality, white colour glazed files of following sizes in Cement Mortar 1:2 (One Cement and Two crushed stone sand), 10 thick with Mortar Plasticizer and pointing the joints with Water Resistant Täe Epоху Grout at the rate of 0.27 Kg./sqm. neatly in all floors, curing etc.. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the files should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works) Dadooing with printed design colour glazed files of size 300 x 450 x 8mm

Flooring with ceramic tiles of following size laid over cement mortar bed of 20 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three crushed stone Sand) with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer including cutting the files to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with Water Resistant Tile Epoxy Grout at the rafe of 0.27 Kg/sq.m. etc... complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works) b. Plain Ceramic Tiles of size 305 x 305 x 6τιτι

Supplying and fixing position Amul Floor Trap of the following sizes with best stainless steel taps of approved brand and quality, fixed over a bed concrete and finished with Cement Mortar 1:3 including dismantling masonry works wherever found 7.00 Nos necessary and making good the dismantled portions to the original condition and giving connection to the CI/PVC pipes. etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The Amul Trap should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works) (LR)

Solid PVC door shutters using 19 Gauge 19mm MS square lubes for style and outer frames 15mm MS square tubes for top lock and bottom rails. The steel tubes shall be covered with 5mm thick solid PVC sheet. Shutter using 5mm thick solid PVC sheeets for panelling shall rigidly fixed in position including nedessary furniture and fittings. The over all size of styles shall be 50mmx30mm. The overall size of top rail, Lock rail and bottom ra shall be 75mmx30mm. The over all size of frames shall be 50mmx45mm, with suitable rebate for housing the shutter etc complete complying with standard specification - Solid panel PVC door with Frame.

Supplying and fixing in position best quality PVC soll / waste pipes of various dia having 6 kg/sq.cm. pressure BIS mark and providing leak proof joints using PVC adhesives including fixing to the wall with special PVC/MS clamp, teak wood plugs, brass screws, etc., and making connection to all sanitary fittings. dismantling masonry / RCC works wherever found necessary and making the good dismantled portion to the original condition, including testing for any leakages, etc., complete complying with standard specifications. (The PVC pipes should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works), The rate for earth work excavation will be measured and paid separately in the cases where the pipe lines are proposed to laid below ground level -PVC 110mm dia pipe

Construction of manhole chamber including heavy duty cover with frame as required depth with brick work masnory to ensure proper plumb level including necessary plaster finish etc. complete complying with standard specification., as considered size of the chamber 0.60 x 0.60 x 0.45 to 1.00 m depth
