| 1Attending plumber complaints and rectify defects (i.e flushing cistern leakage from down pipe, flush handle, syphon kit, PVC connection, stop valves, leakage of bib taps, wall/ basin/ sink mixer, stop/ angle cock, pipe line leakages, air lock, tank cleaning etc. and made functional to entire satisfaction of user/ Engr-in-charge. Note : 1. Complaint register shall be maintained by the contractor or his rep and being submitted to JE-in-charge of the work for supervision and control over complaints received through online system. 2. All items covered under this section shall be measured and paid under respective items here-in-below only and nothing extra shall be paid for attending the complaints. Hence the rates must be quoted by the contractor shall be inclusive of all the activities mentioned above. 3. For fixing only in repair items here-in-below, all necessary connecting items required for fixing shall be provided by the contractor such as all type of washers, rubber cone, M-seal and small items as per site requirement with necessary tools & plants and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. So rate must be quoted against each item considering all minor activities. All items recovered under these items must be submitted to the department before submitting claim for fixing only items and no schedule of credit is taken for these items for the contractor. 4. For item ser no. 1.01 to 1.49 complaints shall be attended and rectified within 48 hours of handing over of complaint slip. However, certain complaints, if declared as urgent by the JE / Engineer-in-charge, shall be attended and rectified by the contractor on the same day (within 24 hrs). Violation of this timeline shall attract a penalty of Rs. 250.00/Per complaint per day from the contractor through RAR/Final bill. | |||||
