Material & Labour for framed work such as in grills, gratings, security gate work etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars barred iron doors, framed balusters as in walk ways railings & frame work for water tanks and similar work etc conforming to Fe.290, Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-In-Charge.

Material & Labour for 20mm thick granite (of any type) tiles machine cut as in skirting/ dado laid over cement screed of 15mm thick in cement mortor (1:3 ) and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and fixing of concertina coil, fencing with punched tape concertina coil of 600mm dia, streched to 6 metre length, having 50 Nos spiral turns per 6 metre length, spring core wire (2.59mm thick) comprises of high tensile strength of 1620N/Sqmm with tape (0.52mm thick) with galvanizing of Zinc coating of 275 Grams per Sqm, weight of each coil is 8.50 Kg and fixing the same on existing Y - shaped angle iron with 6 horizontal R.B.T (Razor Barbed Tape) wire, stud tied with G.I staple and stud GI clips to retain horizontal, the clips shall be @5 Nos per 2 spiral turns approximate 125 clips per coil including necessary bolts complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-In-Charge. Note : Material testing certificate shall be provided by the contractor alongwith the purchase voucher of the concertina coil.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast cement concrete cable cover (ISI Marked) of class HV, Type 1, with peak size of 300mmx 180mm x 40mm for protection of cable abutting each laid dry flat with width equal to length of cable cover etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-In-Charge.

Material and labour for sand cushioning for underground cable 8cm before laying the cable and 15cm after laying and stretching the cable laid and punned down to form a bed to a minimum 18 cm thickness. The punning shall be done by hand complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (NOTE:- Punned thickness of 18cm shall be considered for measurement purpose only).

Supply and fixing of XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade having cross-sectional area 25 Sqmm 4 core as per IS-7098 Part-I, XLPE insulated Aluminium conductor heavy duty served with an inner sheathing PVC tape galvanized steel strip or wire armoured with an overall PVC sheathing laid under ground, fixed along wall, through GI pipe under floor/Road complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of XLPE insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade having cross-sectional area 10 Sqmm 4 core as per IS-7098 Part-I, XLPE insulated Aluminium conductor heavy duty served with an inner sheathing PVC tape galvanized steel strip or wire armoured with an overall PVC sheathing laid under ground, fixed along wall, through GI pipe under floor/Road complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for well burned bricks, laid flat (old size) sub class bricks designation 75 for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for eraction of new steel tubular swaged pole 11 mtr long, type 410, SP-55 for replacing old HT poles including for air break gang operated device with cast iron base plate, finial, taper plug, bolts, nuts and screws as specified, including painting with anti corrosive paint internally and externally complete and applying two coats of aluminium paint above planting depth and alternative strips of 30cm height upto 1.5 mtr above coping of the pole complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Excavation, Foundation concrete, presenative treatment etc shall be measured and paid separately under the respective items of BOQ.

Material and labour as in replacement for Stay assembly with diameter of stay rod as 20mm with accessories such as stay bow, nuts, bolts & check Nuts of GI all as shown in electrical plate No. 1 of SSR Part-I 2009 (Specifications) with mild steel plate of size 300mm x 300mm x 6mm thick complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-In-Charge. (Note:- (i) Excavation and concrete work shall be measured and paid separately under the respective items of BOQ).

Material and labour for new prestresed cement concrete pole of 9 mtr long, and having size 102 mm x 172 mm at top and 102 mm x 289 mm at bottom, class-10 complete for replacing old LT poles including providing new poles as per site requirment and erected truly in vertical position & painted the poles with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer upto 1.5 mtr from the coping level above the ground level with alternate layer of 30 cm width (strips) each with black and yellow paint complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (Note: Excavation, foundation concrete, presenative treatment, etc. shall be measured & paid separately under the respective items of BOQ.)

Material and labour for Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-In-Charge.

Material & Labour as in replacement for Galvanised stay strand, 7/4mm including Bow and clamps complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-In-Charge.

Material & Labour as in for Loop type insulator large size of vitreous porcelain, white, brown or green with overall dimensions 90mmx140mm, clearance of hole 25.5mm complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and fixing as in replacement danger notice of size 25cmx20cm for HT made out of mild steel sheet plate of 3mm thick , vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, complete all as specified and as directed. The work shall be executed as per TD Drawing No-CEPZ/C-TD/002/13. sheet 1/5 to 5/5 ( as applicable)

Supply and fixing as in replacement danger notice plate of size 20cmx15cm for LT made out of mild steel sheet plate of 1.6mm thick , vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with M.S. clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, complete all as specified and as directed. The work shall be execuated as per TD Drawing No-CEPZ/C-TD/002/13. sheet 1/5 to 5/5 ( as applicable)

Supply and fixing as in replacement for Anti-climbing device; spikes type fabricated out of M.S. bars (round, square and flat) including nuts, bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole complete all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

S & F of Cable route indicators shall be made up of Cast Iron round of size 100 mm dia welded and fitted with MS angle Iron 40mm x 40mm x 6mm, 90 CM long. The angle shall be grouted in Plain cement concrete block of mix (1:3:6) C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) of size 150mm x 150mm x 150mm including requisite necessary earth work excavation, returning & fillings removal of surplus soil upto and including at a distance not exceeding 50 metre in any type of soil or all kind of soil including the CI round sign shall also be embossed with the work "MES HT Cables" complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and fixing as in replacement of cradles, hexagonal / rectangular, fabricated with galvanised steel wire 4mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and fixing as in replacement of galvanised steel wire of 4mm dia complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and fixing of ACSR conductor of any size / type (as directed) to HT/LT over head lines, stretching properly to achieve proper sag including binding to insulators using GI/aluminium binding wire all as required at site complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-In-Charge.

CCT (Colour Corelated temprature) of fixture shall be 5700+/-300K. 5. System Lumen Efficacy shall be > 120Lm/W. 6. The defect liability period of LED light shall be 02 years from the certified date of completion & replace/repair the defective fitting within 07 Days after handing over to Contractor. 7. The Contractor shall provide the warrenty certificate of the OEM supported with guarantee for 02 years against LED lights. 8. CA No shall be written on each fitting before installation. 9. The name of manufacturer to be embossed on the fitting. 10. The fittings shall have arrangement so that maintaince required, if any can be carried out from Top cover.

Supply and fixing of bracket for street light fitting made out of 40mm dia GI pipe light grade of size 1.2 mtr long each bent to required shape & size as directed by Engineer-in-Charge & fixed to pole with and including flat iron clamps 02 Nos made out of 32mm X 6mm flat iron including GI nuts, bolts & washer and painting of clamps and street light fitting bracket with including two coats of finishing coat with aluminium paint over a one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Rate of this item shall deemed to be included rate of providing / welding / jointing of required size of nipple, if required at site as per dimension of LED light housing please.

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of 11 KV 630 Amp Outdoor type RMU extensible (with IP-54 Rated protection) floor mounted with internal copper bus bars, consisting of fixed type Motorised Vacuum Circuit Breakers-02 Nos as incomer, fixed type Motorised Vacuum Circuit Breakers-01 Nos as outgoing along with air insulated metering module. All live parts, bus bars of RMU should be enclosed in tank to avoid multiple inter connections & sealed for life robotically for three sides and one side manual welded non magnetic / non ferrite / stainless steel tank made out of Grade 304 with minimum wall thickness 2.5 mm thick having (IP-67 degree of protection) duly filled with SF6 gas to fulfill the requirement as per IEC 60376, 60376A, 60376B as insulation with leakage rate less than 0.1% per year tested as per IEC 62271-200. Supply , installation, testing and commissioning of HT Panel having following specifications:- Indoor Vaccum Circuit Breaker Panel suitable for 11 KV , 630 Amps, 25 KA for 3 sec for incomer confirming to IEC 62271-200, class front accessed having following specifications:- (a) 630 A continuous rated electrolytic copper bus bars, droppers and bus bars should be insulated with full system voltage sleeves. (b) Trolly mounted vaccum circuit breaker as per IEC-62271-100 .Vaccum circuit breaker should have three no. resin encapsulaed vaccum bottles. (c ) Motorized spring charging mechanism with integral spring charging handle for manual spring charge. (d) Cast resin current transformer 11 KV, 300-150/5-5A, Core 1 : Class 1.0, 15 VA , Core 2 :5P10, 15 VA. (e) Cast resin potential transformer 11 KV/√3/110V/√3/110V/3, 100VA, CI 1.0, CI 3P and HT fuse at the primary end and 04 pole MCB at the secondary end of the PT . Supply and installation of 11 KV single phase in door resin cast CT of ratio 400/5-5A, class 1.0/ P10,burden 15VA – 15 VA suitable for fixing in existing HT Panel complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Note: The schedule of credit in PDF format has been attached with tender and amount of credit schedule i.e Rs 15,50,060.50 shall be deducted from the total quoted amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
