Material & Labour for 20mm thick granite (of any type) tiles machine cut as in skirting/ dado laid over cement screed of 15mm thick in cement mortor (1:3 ) and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-In-Charge.

Note : Material testing certificate shall be provided by the contractor alongwith the purchase voucher of the concertina coil.
Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast cement concrete cable cover (ISI Marked) of class HV, Type 1, with peak size of 300mmx 180mm x 40mm for protection of cable abutting each laid dry flat with width equal to length of cable cover etc complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-In-Charge.

Supply and fixing of pole mounted street light fitting factory made and fabricated junction box of size 260 mm x 160mm x 250mm, Outdoor type, floor mounted, made out of CRCA sheet of thickness 2mm and CPRI approved including weather proof,dust and vermin proof and painted with powder coated comprises of 04 Nos Aluminium bus-bar, Three phase having capacity not less than 63 Amp capacity including 6 Amp, single pole MCB alongwith locking arrangements auto door lock facility with magnetic Lock fixed on pole using necessary fixing arrangement such as clamps of size 25mm x 4mm, nut, bolts and washer complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-In-Charge.

The Contractor shall provide the warrenty certificate of the OEM supported with guarantee for 02 years against LED lights. 8. CA No shall be written on each fitting before installation. 9. The name of manufacturer to be embossed on the fitting. 10. The fittings shall have arrangement so that maintaince required, if any can be carried out from Top cover.
Supply and fixing of bracket for street light fitting made out of 40mm dia GI pipe light grade of size 1.2 mtr long each bent to required shape & size as directed by Engineer-in-Charge & fixed to pole with and including flat iron clamps 02 Nos made out of 32mm X 6mm flat iron including GI nuts, bolts & washer and painting of clamps and street light fitting bracket with including two coats of finishing coat with aluminium paint over a one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Rate of this item shall deemed to be included rate of providing / welding / jointing of required size of nipple, if required at site as per dimension of LED light housing please.
Supply, install, testing and commissioning of 11 KV 630 Amp Outdoor type RMU extensible (with IP-54 Rated protection) floor mounted with internal copper bus bars, consisting of fixed type Motorised Vacuum Circuit Breakers-02 Nos as incomer, fixed type Motorised Vacuum Circuit Breakers-01 Nos as outgoing along with air insulated metering module. Supply , installation, testing and commissioning of HT Panel having following specifications:- Indoor Vaccum Circuit Breaker Panel suitable for 11 KV , 630 Amps, 25 KA for 3 sec for incomer confirming to IEC 62271-200, class front accessed having following specifications:- (a) 630 A continuous rated electrolytic copper bus bars, droppers and bus bars should be insulated with full system voltage sleeves. (b) Trolly mounted vaccum circuit breaker as per IEC-62271-100 .Vaccum circuit breaker should have three no. resin encapsulaed vaccum bottles. (c ) Motorized spring charging mechanism with integral spring charging handle for manual spring charge. (d) Cast resin current transformer 11 KV, 300-150/5-5A, Core 1 : Class 1.0, 15 VA , Core 2 :5P10, 15 VA. (e) Cast resin potential transformer 11 KV/√3/110V/√3/110V/3, 100VA, CI 1.0, CI 3P and HT fuse at the primary end and 04 pole MCB at the secondary end of the PT . Intermittant rated closing and tripping coil. 2. Fully internal arc type tested ( 25 KA for 1 sec). 3. Vaccum bottles should be epoxy encapsulated. 4. Racking in/out , manual closing/tripping of CB with compartment door closed. 5. Breaker shall be provided with following contacts. a. Auxiliary switch with 6NO+6NC mounted on the draw out portion of the switchgear b Position switches with 3 NO+ 1NC contacts for each position in SERVICE and TEST. 6. Panel height shall not exceeding 2300mm. 7. Electrical and Mechanical interlocking between two Nos incomers.
Supply and installation of 11 KV single phase in door resin cast CT of ratio 400/5-5A, class 1.0/ P10,burden 15VA – 15 VA suitable for fixing in existing HT Panel complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
Note: The schedule of credit in PDF format has been attached with tender and amount of credit schedule i.e Rs 15,50,060.50 shall be deducted from the total quoted amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
