Fabrication, supply and erection of flange mounted hot dip Galvanized Octagonal Poles of 5 mtrs. height made from 3 mm thick HT Steel plate, having minimum bottom dia of 130 mm. & top dia of 70mm. complete with window with hinged cover at a height as per OEM from the base for cable termination block etc. and galvanized base plate of nominal size 200mm X 200mm X 12mm thick to suit the existing foundation including foundation nut & Bolts at site as required.i/c supplying and fixing of the following in the window box provided for cable termination :- a) Supplying and fixing 6 mm thick laminated mounted sheet inside the window mounted on and i/c providing and welding 3 nos. G.I strips 4mm thick of suitable length and having suitable size tapped holes - 10 Nos. as reqd. b) Supplying and fixing of 40 Amp terminal block suitable for 25sq.mm conductor -4 nos. & shorting links – 5 Nos. on DIN channel i/c pdg. and fixing DIN channel of suitable length – 2 Nos. on the existing laminated sheet. c) Supplying and fixing 6 Amp, SPMCB, ‘C’ Characteristics Curve - 2 Nos. Earth stud-2Nos. welded at suitable height two nos. washers, springs washers & nuts. d) Cable support clamp suitable for 4 Nos. of 4x25 sqmm cable. e) The nuts and bolts shall be welded. f) Foundation nut bolts

Providing and laying in position M-20 (1:1.5:3) reinforced cement concrete foundation of size 400 mm.(L) X 400 mm wide and 1400 mm, reinforcement of cold twisted bars of 12 mm dia- 1600 mm long (approx) - 8 Nos. and reinforcement ring of cold twisted bar of 8mm dia - 2000mm (approx) - 10 Nos. (with 140 mm spacing) as required with positioning of foundation bolts (as per item below) and providing 63 mm. (O.D) DWC, HDPE Pipe for cable entry & exit as required including supplying J Hooks, nut Bolts, Washer, Anchor Plate, with welding of it as suitable for the pole.

Fabrication, Designing, Supplying & Fixing of 1000 mm long Single / double / triple/Circular arm bracket(Thickness minimum 3MM) over hang with tightening bolt etc. as per design approved by Engineer-In-Charge.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 meter long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required..

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)
