Tenderer should produce Forest Contractor registration certificate for having registered as a forest contractor for year 2025-26 in Gadag Territorial Forest Division Office and also renew the registration for the year 2026-27 in Gadag Teritorial Forest Division Office.

The Tenderer should submit satisfactory work done certificate for having done forestry works line advance works/mansoon plantation/Raising and Maintenance/including nursery works etc., in Forest Department issued by concerned Deputy Conservator Forests of value for Rs. 50.00 Lakhs as prime contractor for three consecutive years

IT returns of last 3 Years.

GST returns of last 3 Years.

A turn over Certificate of C.A. minimum 50 Lakhs/Year last 3 years.

Notaryfied Affidavit for not being black listed and not being a defaulter in any Forest Division Government Office.

GST Registration certificate.

PAN Card.

Address proof (Aadhar Card/EPIC card/Driving license/pass port/ bank pass book or any other documents issued by competent government authority.)

Liquid assets and or availability of credit facilities of not less than Rs. 30% of the amount of contract/Estimate cost/work cost in the from bank guarantee from any nationalized bank to be submitted
