Design, Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 05 KLD Effluent Treatment Plant along with allied Electro Mechanical Components: Bar Screen, Raw Effluent Transfer Pump, Air Blower, Flash Mixer Agitator, Floculator, Diffuser, and Membrane Diffuser. MBBR Bio-media, Tube Settling Media, Sludge Return Pump, Dosing Tank, Dosing Pumps, Filter Pumps, Pressure Sand Filter, Activated Carbon filter, Level Switch Indicator, MCC Panel, Pipes & Fittings PPRC and allied fittings, Job is inclusive of all the complete accessories required the equipments installed for proper functioning of the Effluent Treatment Plant. Job also includes Providing and Laying of PPRC Pipes of 100 mm dia (approx 790 mtr in length) for discharge of effluent from source to collection tank and than from collection tank to the main drain along with all allied accessories and Manholes as per requirement along the layed pipeline. Complete Job includes the cost of material, excavation of trenches, restoration of excavated earth, labor charges and allied civil works for restoration of the damaged walls, or floors, road etc along with P/F of 3.5 core aluminium cable 35 sqm – 98 mtr.(Specifications and Quantity of Mechanical items as per Annexure – A of the SBD) Complete scope of had from SBD
