Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earthwith lead upto 50 metres including carriage of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing concrete for plain/reinforced concrete in open foundations complete as per drawings and technical specifications Clause 802, 803, 1202 & 1203. P.C.C grade M 10(1) (Mechanincal mix and vibrated graded crushed stone aggregate) 1:3:6 Including carriage of materials through all modes of transportation with in all leads and lifts, as per PWD specifications and as per direction of Engineer- in Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping, bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc., up to floor five level, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering and finishing: 1:2:4 (1 Cement : 2 coarse sand) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) including hauling of material in all leads and lifts as per the entire satisfaction and direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
