(iii) Rates quoted shall include the replacement of unserviceable parts with new one. (iv) Breakdown will be intimated through telephone calls followed by telegram if reqd which shall be attended forthwith and computer made functional failing which a penalty of Rs 200/- per day per computer shall be levied. (v) Payment shall be made quarterly (vi) Breakdown intimated on phone if not attended with in 04 hrs may be got attended from any other agency without any further nitice and cost of repari shall be recovered from your dues with department, besides levy of penalty mentioned in para 2 (iv) (Update Antivirus timely
