Schedule 'A' Part-I (Building Work)

M&L for Anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for false ceiling including Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia. 40mm long, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 6 mm thick Non asbestos fibre cement building boards one side aluminium foil coated fixed or laid/ inserted to aluminium frame work with screws, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Gl frame work for seamless ceiling comprising of Gl perimeter channnel 0.55 mm thick with two unequal flanges of 20 and 30 mm and web of 27 mm fixed to surrounding wall using nylon sleeves and screws at 450 mm centre to centre/intermediate channel 0.9 mm thick having two equal flanges of 15 mm each and web of 45 mm suspended from soffit at approx 900 mm centre to centre with Gl cleat and steel expansion fasteners with and including ceiling section (not exc 1.2 m length) of 0.55 mm thickness having kurled web of 50 mm and flange of 26 mm each with lips of 10.5 mm fixed to the intermediate channel with connecting clips across the intermediate channel at 457 mm centre to centre, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Providing and fixing Gypsum Board 12 mm thick (water proof) in ceiling fixed with screw or as per manufacturers instructions including necessary jointing and taping, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of new or previouly untreated plaster/ AC sheet surfaces of ceiling board including cornices and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat primer and 1 mm thick cement base putty complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for IInd Class Hardwood wooden Moulding as in cornices, picture rails exc 6 Sqcm but n exc 13 Sqcm and fixed with screws/nails on wall/floor, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Wooden Ceiling/Wall panelling of second class softwood 12mm thick with tongue and groove joint fixed in any position over and including wooden framework in second class softwood with plain fillets square or sectional area exc 13 Sqcm and n exc 25 Sqcm at n exc 90 cm centre to centre in both direction and including two or more coat of french polishing on all the exposed surfaces wooden panelling as in repairs including taking down existing electrical fittings and re-fixing the same, complete all as specified and as directed. complete all as specified and directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment of walls and applying thin layer of wall care putty and prepare the smooth surface with sand paper and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion (OBD) paint over a coat of primer on walls complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coverings, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 0.63 mm thick Galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, with L-type or J-type or cranked hook bolts in lieu of screws, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Ser item No 1.10 but here in above but except Sheets.

S&F 0.63 mm thick, Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down, smoke soot moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and greasy spots of roof /CGI Sheets, steel gates, steel doors, steel rolling shutters, steel eves boards etc, exc 10cm width or girth applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint in colour and tint as ordered OR in CCD pattern upto 15 metres height, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of framed timber scantling, 40 Sqcm and over in section in any position including rafters and purlins, wooden planks, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Second Class hard wood and scantling timber framed and fixed wrought, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of newly wooden Surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of pink primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing new zinc (or galvanised) surfaces to receive painting, by coating with mordant solution including washing and cleaning, etc steel and iron surfaces and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint of any description over 10cm width or girth, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing for 12 mm thick clear toughened glass door, acid work or sand blasting work on it, as per our design), with making holes / cut-outs as required, making edges clear smooth polished, fixed with stainless steel cladded aluminium profile glass door rails with necessary door assembly (pre installed hardware, removable clip on covers, end cap, and rubber gasket or proper grip) and fixed on Double action floor spring with closing force EN3, having high grade cast iron mechanism body, housed within a corrosion resistant zinc paint protected galvanised steel loose box, internal mechanism components utilizing heat treated high alloy steel & ball bearing for optimum efficiency, closer mechanism totally immersed in hydraulic fluid, "hold open" models, having the possibility of the shutter being held open at 90 degrees angle, adjustable closing speed valve, with pivot to suit patch fittings and door shutters, having tempered full glass panel of up to 80 kg weight, and Door handle: 475 mm long X 32 mm diameter.
