REPAIR/MAINT OF ROAD IN MH, 372 ASC SUPPLY, 108 TA AND OTHER SMALL UNITS UNDER AGE B/R-I UNDER GE SAUGOR

Scarifying (including cleaning)or picking gravelled macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exc 400 sqm, depth n exe 50 mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Repair to pot holes, notexceeding 1.0 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surface in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25 mm in depth making good but making good by applying tack coat with bituminous carpet (2cm thick) well rammed and sealed with premixed sand seal coat (6.8 kg of binder with 0.06 cum of sand), again well rammed (including suply of premix binder and sand) depth of potholes n exe 30mm, complete all as specified and directed.

Preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms & finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bages to remove all loose dirt etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bituminous primer at 10 kg per 10 sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing existing black top surfaces by brushing for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the clear surfaces with gunny bags to remove dirt etc applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with paving bitumen primer @ 5Kg/10 Sqm of road surface for laying Bituminous premix asphaltic semi dence concrete/ Bituminous Macadam, copletee all as specified and directed. ( Note: semi dence concrete/ Bituminous Macadam) will be measured and paid separately)

M&L for bituminous macadum not exceeding 75mm thickness (compacted thickness) using hot mix plant and mechanical paver with 4% binder (paving grade bitumen VG-30 grade) content by weight of total mix ,rolled and compacted with power roller 8 to 12 tonnes to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and as directed .

M&L for semi dense bituminous concrete 30mm (compacted thickness) using graded crushed stone aggregate premixed with binder (paving grade bitumen VG-30 grade) @ 5.5% by weight of total mix & hydraulic lime filler ,rolled and compacted with power roller 8 to 12 tonnes to required camber and gradient complete all as specified and directed Note: (i) Semi dence asphaltic concrete shall be laid using self propelled hydrostatic paver finisher and preparation of mix shall be using hot mix plant and transporting the mix in tipper (ii) The exact bitumen content required shall b e determined folllowing the marshal Mix Dedsign procedure contained in the Asphalt in rate due to variation in quantity of bitumen if any shall be priced @ Rs 75.30 per Kg

Providing and applying 2.5 mm thick road marking strips (retro-reflective) of specified shade/ colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/ semi-automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tank heater and profile shoe heater, driven by experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T & P, cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, grease and foreign material etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing cat eye solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instructions complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mm x 125mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V/ 0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as permanufactures instructions etc. complete all as specified and directed.
