Preparation of old treated wall surfaces by washing , rubbing down and stoping of distempered and painted surface of any description over 10cm girth or width, applying wall care putty 2 mm thick (average thickness) of approved quality as specified in clause 15.19 of SSR Part-I and one coat of primer , finally applying two coats of plastic / interior emulsion paint with roller and brushes as specified in 17.3,17.4,17.5 & 17.6 &17.16 of SSR Part-I and clause 17.2 of SSR Part -II complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old treated wall surfaces by scraping,washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered /painted surfaces and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper (OBD) on wall surfaces with roller and brushes as specified in clause 15.10 & 15.14 of SSR Part-I and clause 15.2 of SSR Part -II complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old painted wood and wood based surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10 cm width or girth and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint (Ordinary tint) as specified in clause 17.3,17.4,17.5 & 17.6 &17.10 of SSR Part-I and clause 17.2 of SSR Part -II complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint as specified in clause 17.3,17.4,17.5 & 17.8 &17.10 of SSR Part-I and clause 17.2 of SSR Part -II complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete exc 15cm thick on any description and in any position (in sunken portion) not other wise specially provided for and removing all demolished material/debris out side of MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete 1:7:12 type F-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sunken floor filling and mass concrete complete all as specified & directed.

Water proofing treatment to SUNKEN PORTION and adjoining walls of kitchen. WC, Bath & Toilet, etc. : 15 mm plaster in cement mortar (1:3) after roughning and cleaning the surface mixed with WP compound as per manufacturer’s instructions shall be provided on sunken portion while the concrete is green complete all as specified and directed. (a) Apply cement slurry to the surface @ 0.488 kg /Sq. m of cement mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementious composite compound @ 0.253 kg/Sq. m and the surface will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. (b) Apply another layer of cement slurry @ 0.242 kg/Sq. m of cement mixed with Acrylic based polymer modified cementious composite compound @ 0.126 Kg/Sq. m and the surface will be allowed to air cure for 4 hours. (c) Curing the sunken portion with water minimum for 48 Hrs by ponding. (d) Paste one layer of 3mm thick APP membranne with bitumen by torch application to the treated sunken surface. (e) Joints/Traps/WC/soil pipes shall be properly sealed with approved sealing compound of make mentioned as specified.
