Returning filling in,. Including spreading, leveling,. Watering and well ramming soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supplying and Fixing sub class B bricks of size 230mmx115mmx70mm having minimum compressive strength 75 Kg/ Sqcm laid in trenches for cable protection etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

All as per srl item No 7 here-in-before but using old bricks obtained under srl item No 3 here in before complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for Demolition of road, path, drain and concrete in ground floors, RCC/Brick wall (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40 mm grade crushed stone aggregate) 50 mm Thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for disconnecting of damaged unserviceable underground cable and Supplying, laying, jointing testing and connecting in replacement of XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cable (heavy duty) with multistranded aluminum conductors, IS 7098 marked, suitable for LT 1100 Volt system, laid in trenches fixed to pole, including jointing & testing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge of following sizes:- Note :- Excavation, earth work ,cable protection , sand fillings , cable joint shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of schedule.

Taking out faulty underground 1100 Volt LT cable of different sizes by excavation and removing bricks of any size and relaying in the same trenches or re routing after rectification of fault or replacing faulty portion of cable with new cable and removing of surplus soil and using new bricks complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.. Note: (a) 1100 Volt LT cable & joints shall be measured and paid for separately under respective items of schedule. (b) Retrieved old serviceable bricks will be laid in trenches for cable protection. If extra bricks and sand required at site shall be measured and paid separately under respective items of BOQs. (c) Excavation and earth work will be measured and paid for separately under respective items of schedule.

Supply & installing in replacement of steel tubular swaged poles type 410 SP-31 (9 mtr long) of approx wt.147 kg conforming to IS 2713 (Part-II) including excavation, earth work, PCC foundation, base plate,PCC coping,GI pipe for cable protection etc. and GI bracket for fitting mounting, complete all as per manufacturer's instructions and complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.. Supply & Fixing in replacement bracket for street light fitting complete with 1.5 to 2.2 mtr long 32/40mm dia GI pipe medium grade and including necessary mild steel clamp , nuts, bolts and washers and painting on steel surfaces with two coats of aluminum paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for Cutting / pruning of tree branches along security light pole around 2 mtr radius of security light and removing from site including arrangement of T&P (Axe, rope & ladder etc) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supplying and fixing in replacement MCB DP , 63 Amps,50 Hz,10 KA,240 Volts complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supplying and Fixing in replacement KIOSK box weather proof including made out of one piece mounted SMC base and door pole mounted hinged door size 333x233x120mm out side and 300x200x105mm inside dimensions comprising of aluminum bus bar 4 strips for 3 phase and neutral 63 Amps including embossing/painting of danger notice of size not less than 10cm x 7.5cm with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red color on front face of KIOSK box body complete all as specified and directed.Incluiding MS clamp of size 25x3 mm with suitable size nut, bolts & washer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for re-painting of LT Steel tubular poles of any sizes with apply of 2 coats of aluminum paint including rubbing with wire brush/emery paper & writing pole Nos in appropriate size of letters including making yellow and black strips upto height of 1.5 mtr above from ground level complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Earthing in replacement complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.10 m below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized iron strip 32x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I, connected to earth test point and the equipment on the other nuts and washers of galvanized ironsides complete all as specified, including testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note : (a) The unit rates quoted against this item shall be deemed to include the cost of excavation and earth work in any type of soil, common salt & charcoal dust in alternate layers, PCC 1:3:6 as in pit, precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 with necessary reinforcement as in cover & frame for pit, funnel, watering pipe 20 mm bore GI pipe light grade, protection pipe 40 mm bore GI pipe medium grade etc. (b) The quoted rates shall also deemed to include the cost of earth test point and earth strip/GI lead wire and protection pipe upto 7.5 meter beyond the earth plates electrode.

Note for Sr item No. 25 to 36:- Contractor will make a identity (ie CANo. & firm name) using permanent paint marker pen on each component which will be replaced under repair of street light and he will be liable to change his new replaced item without any extra cost which become unserviceable due to any reason during execution period of CA and further up to defect liability period. It will be contractor responsibility to take the location of unserviceable street light fitting by MES rep at 9 AM at power house in every working day complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and Labour for cleaning of existing LT panel by using blower machine and using CRC spray to remove all dust particle from LT panels ,and changing all burnt out LT thimbles of any sizes by removing of old one complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge

Material and Labour for welding of existing LT panels doors by using Welding machine complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge

Material and Labour for carrying out balance distribution of load on LT Lines by checking the existing load on the feeder (3 phase,4wire system) and accordingly shifting & connecting service cables to another phase conductor in accordance with balancing of Electric load. submit feeder wise report for before load balancing and after load balancing as per format given including maintenance of LT panel i.e. tinting of all nuts, bolts, washers, cleaning of LT panel dust etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and Labour for disconnecting burnt end or portion of cable removing the cable from loop including necessary excavation & earth work in soft/loose soil relaying and reconnecting the cable by removing burnt portion of cable and preparing fresh terminals including fixing of new lugs for 50 Sqmm 3½ / 4 to 400 Sqmm of LT cable to pole / main switch complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for two coats of Aluminum paint of steel surfaces/fencing over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surfaces up to 20 sqm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and Labour in replacement of Voltmeter 0-500 V digital type as per existing size complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
