REPAIR REPLACEMENT OF FLOOR TILE, WALL TILE, SUNKEN, SANITARY FITTINGS AND CERTAIN OTHERS WORKS OF AGE B/R (WEST) UNDER GE (WEST) COLABA, MUMBAI

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including CM (bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store & rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete un-reinforced in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thk PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in subbase of floors, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic glossy finish tiles coloured in vertical surface 450X300X7mm in any pattern of light & dark/ high lighters tiles etc as approved, on vertical surfaces such as in skirting/dado etc, set and jointed in cement slurry over & including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Non Skid ceramic tiles colour tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Work will be in patches or in bulk.

M & L for Virified Ceramic tiles 8-10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including and over 10mm th screed bed in CM (1:4) and pointed in white coloured cement to match, in floors etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for digitally Virified Ceramic tiles 8-10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exc 0.42 sqm not exceeding 1 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including and over 10mm th screed bed in CM (1:4) and pointed in white coloured cement to match, in floors etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Virified Ceramic tiles in skirting 8-10 mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles match as the size of floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 10 mm backing coat in CM (1:4) and pointed in white coloured cement to match, in floors etc, complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs 10 to 12 mm thick Toughned glass as in door shutters, plateform. partition including necessary cutting to shape, drilling holes as reqd, jointing cleats, glazing clips, ruber neoprene packing , Stainless steel fittings such as handle 2 nos, 100mm hinge 3 nos ,lock including keys 1 set, Stainless steel snap beading & screws, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description specifically provided for gates, staircase railings, framed truss etc, complete all as specified and directed.
