Earth work in stoney earth and gravels mixed with stone and boulder not exceeding 0.014 cum. In volume within 50 m. initial lead and1.5 m. initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5 cm to 7cm and laying in layer not exceeding 0.3 m.in depth and as per specification approved by the department including all costs of labour,sundries, tools & plants required for the work etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Filling in foundation and Plinth with sand well watered and rammed & dressed & level to proper gradient including all cost, conveyance, royality taxes of all materials, labour, T & P required for the work etc. complete and as per direction of Engineer in Charge.

Cement concrete (1:3:6) with 4 cm. size crusher broken hard granite metals of approved quality including mixing with concrete mixture, lowering & laying in layers not exceeding 300 mm. in depth, ramming compacting to proper thickness, watering, curing for required period including all cost, conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Rainforced cement concret M-20 grade using 20mm and down graded size crusher broken hard granite chips of approved quality including mixing with concrete mixture, including hoisting and laying in position & compacting with vibrateor to proper design section indlucing all the cost, conveyance, royality & taxes of all materials, labour, rigid smooth centering, shuttering and dismantling the same after 28 days of casting, watering, curing etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Supplying HYSD/Tor steel reinforcement from SAIL,VIZAG STEEL OR TATA STEEL brand of required diameter of approved quality including Labour charges for cutting, bending, binding and tying the grills and placing in position including cost, conveyance & taxes of reinforcements confirming to ISI standard and binding wire 18 to 20 gauge and as per drawing, design etc. complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Flaysh. Brick masonry in Cement mortar (1:6) in super structure and with necessary projections using CB bricks of 9” size having a crushing strength between 75 to 100 kg. Per sq.cm including splays cutting circular moulding chamfering and carbelling and watering and curing for 7 days after immersing the bricks in water for six hours before use etc. complete and as per specification and direction of Engineer -in –charge. including cost and conveyance taxes and royalties of all materials with all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete and as per specification and direction of Engineer -in –charge.

16 mm thick cement plaster (1:6) over brick work including racking out joints finishing smooth with proper plumb and line watering curing for seven days with cost, conveyance, royality taxes of all materials, labour, T & P required for the work etc. Complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge. Providing fitting and fixing Vetrified Tiles in floors of size 300mm X 300mm of approved quality over cement mortar (1:1) make with specification of polymer modified cement based water resistant adhessive bed of required thickness 10mm and filling joints with apoxy grout of approved quality including cost, conveyance royalty taxes of all materials with all labour and T&P as required for the work etc compt and as per specification and direction of Engineer -in –charge

Providing Fixing Vetrified Tiles in Dados skirting and rises of steps of size 300mm X 200 mm of approved quality on 12mm thick cement plaster (1:3) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigments to match the shade of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete including cost, conveyance royalty taxes of all materials with all labour and T&P as required for the work etc compt and as per specification and direction of Engineer -in –charge

Distempering two coats to the wall surface with any approved space over a coat of chalk wash including cost and conveyance taxes and royalties of all materials with all labour with T&P required for the work etc. compt and as per specification and direction of Engineer -in –charge

Painting two coats with weather seal paint over a coat of primer including cost, conveyance all materilas, labour and T & P etc complete. Ground Floor

Providing and fixing in position of MS Angle Gril/ Iron door and window grill with iron shutters with 40mmx40mmx5mm thick angle iron and MS flat of 25mmx6mm made out of 18 gauge including cost and conveyance taxes and royalties of all materials with all labour with T&P required for the work etc. complete and as per specification and direction of Engineer -in –charge..

Painting two coats over a coat of primer with any approved paint to new iron work including cost of the primer and paint sand papering polishing the surface with cost conveyance and taxes of all materials labour and T&P etc compt and as per specification and direction of Engineer -in –charge
