Repair, maintenance and servicing of water cooled/Air cooled DG set including replacing engine oil, greasing and oiling parts, checking of valve & nozzle changing of diesel filter, oil filter ,checking of defective parts complete assembling, re-commissioning and testing complete all as specified and directed for the following capacities :-

10 KVA at Jhakri

50 KVA at Karcham

50 KVA to 160 KVA at Pooh

10 KVA to 30 KVA at Sumdo

NOTE : Spare parts like filters, fan belts, engine oil and other spares shall be measured and paid separately as supply only under relevant items of schedule ‘A’/BOQ fixing/labour charges of said spares deems to be included in the unit rate quoted for above items.

Supply only element diesel filter with gasket of existing size and make complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only element oil filter with gasket of existing size and make complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only inner and outer air cleaner element of existing size and make complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only element bypass filter with gasket of existing size and make complete all as specified and directed.

supply only fan belt of following sizes suitable for DG set engine operation complete all as specified and directed :-

Supply only lubrication oil SAE-40 ( 20 W- 40 grade) complete all as specified and directed Make :SERVO OF IOC/HINDUSTAN PETROLEUM/BPCL/ CASTROL)

Dismantling the fuel tank of various capacities from its existing position for cleaning and calibration, cleaning the entire tank by using K’ Oil and remove the sludge accumulated inside the tank, replacement of fuel tank strainer and unserviceable fuel indicator PVC pipe (Transparent type) and marking the numbers in attractive colours and refixing the fuel tank in its existing position after repair/welding the leakage portions complete.

Disconnecting and taking out defective battery lead and supplying, fixing, connecting and testing battery lead (Heavy duty) PVC insulated with multi stranded copper conductor single core of size 25 Sqmm one side fixed with clamp and other side fixed with brass battery terminal of heavy duty for 2 meter length complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting and taking out defective oil filter element assembly and supplying, fixing, connecting and testing oil filter assembly for 10 KVA capacity DG set of existing size and make complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing in repair maint free battery VRLA 12 volt 180 AH complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing in repair maint free battery VRLA 12 volt 80 AH complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out under mentioned unserviceable parts from the DG sets of any capacity and supply and fixing of following new parts :-

RPM and Hrs meter complete with chain

Hose plain as per sample (set of three)

Pipe inlet flexible (Nozzle pipe)

Ampere meter with lead

Ignition switch along with duplicate keys

Disconnecting and taking out of unserviceable fuel suction pipe and supply and fixing new PVC flexible pipe from fuel tank to fuel filter of DG sets complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for disconnecting and dismantling unserviceable monoblock pump set complete from foundation and transporting to workshop to carry out repair such as re-winding of motor with super enameled copper winding wire, replacement of bearings and repair of pump with replacement of impeller, water pump seal, bush, bearings etc and getting back on site & refixing on foundation of following capacity complete all as specified and directed:-

M & L for Disconnecting of pump from Diesel Engine 20 BHP at Sumdo and taking out from foundation and transporting to workshop and repairing with replacement of impellers, Nechrings, bushes, gland cups & assembling the pump and refixing with Diesel Engine and testing complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for repair/maintenance, servicing of Diesel Engine 20 BHP coupled with pump with replacement of oil filters, Diesel filters, air cleaner and calibration of FIP along with replacement of engine oil all as specified & directed. Note : Engine oil will be measured & paid separately.

Disconnecting & taking out the non-functional voltage stabilizer of any description and in any position & strip opening of Servo operated oil cooled Voltage Stabilizer of cap 20 to 30 KVA, single Phase , 50Hz , taking out unserviceable/defective wiring & parts, cleaning, winding the CT/Regulator, replacement of defective dimmerstat, carbon bushes, Servo motor of existing capacity, control card and servicing complete including replacement of unserviceable parts complete, draining-out of transformer oil either for filtration/replacement, replacement of unserviceable wiring with new copper wire cable of existing size, reassembling ,connecting and testing complete all as specified and directed .

Disconnecting the electric connections of the voltage stabilizer of capacity 100 to 250KVA opening the top cover and draining out transformer oil, taking out the case and dimmerstats, transporting to workshop for replacement of minor parts like wiring, servicing, cleaning, gasket etc as required and getting back with replacements of following parts, assembling the top cover, filling transformer oil and making electric connections and testing:- NOTE:- Rreplacement of following items shall be measured & paid seperatly as 'Supply Only'.

Supply only Dimmerstat as per existing size and make complete all as specified and directed .

Supply only Servo Control Motor cap 10 kgs, 60 RPM & 240 volts for existing voltage stabilizer as per existing size and make complete all as specified and directed .

Supply only Carbon brush as per existing size and make complete all as specified and directed .

M&L in repair for 3 pole Power contactor with 2NO + 2NC auxiliary contacts, coil voltage 415 volts, AC3 rating 110 complete all as specified and directed .Amps. Make : Type ML-6 of L&T Cat part No SS90921 or equivalent of make as specified in Appx 'B' as approved.

M&L in repair for Volt meter, 0-500Volts, 96 mmx96 mm Square Size, electro mechanical type complete all as specified and directed .

M&L in repair for Indicator Lamp pilot type (RYB) complete all as specified and directed .

M&L in repair for Cable connector bush, studs as per existing shape and size complete all as specified and directed .

M&L in repair for PCB card as per sample complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing in replacement Compressor sealed unit of refrigerator upto capacity 200 ltr of existing make complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing in replacement Compressor sealed unit of suitable capacities for refrigerator of capcity 210 ltr to 300 ltrs complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing in replacement Compressor sealed unit of suitable capacities for Deep Freezer of capacity above 300 ltrs and upto capacity of 400 ltrs ltr complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing in replacement compressor of sealed unit for water cooler of 40/80 Ltr capacity complete all as specified and directed .

Supply and fixing in replacement compressor sealed unit rotary type suitable for existing AC 1.5 ton capacity and testing on completion of existing make complete all as specified and directed .

Material and labour in repair solar street lights standlone of 15 watt with replacement of defective wiring,controller etc of existing make complete all as specified and directed .

Supply & Fixing in replacement of battery 12V 60 AH VRLA maintenance free suitable for solar street light complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for top up of distilled water for battery complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for Charging refrigerant gas in split type AC of capacity 1.5 Tonn, water cooler after detecting leakage ,testing including cutting / welding and brazing etc and pressure testing for 24 Hrs with nitrogen testing and flushing complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for Charging refrigerant gas in deep freezer/Refrigerator including repair of wiring system and lighting system complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for servicing ,Cleaning and fixing of air conditioning unit/heat exchanger unit complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for disconnecting of electric connection of submersible motor from starter and taking out motor pump set 5 HP/7.5 HP capacity from bore well after taking but column pipe of existing size with the help of chain pulley block and lowering after repairs complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for dismantling of pumpset capacity 5 / 7.5 HP and carrying out repair with replacement of impellers, nech rings, bushes etc and to assembling and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for rewinding of submersible motor of capacity 5 / 7.5 HP by taking out old winding wires, cleaning slots and rewinding with PVC insulated copper wire of same size & guage as existing glass sleaves etc and replacement of thrust bearings and testing on completion complete all as specified and directed .

M&L for opening of exhaust fan of size 450mm of DG Set 50 KVA, dismantling old burnt winding and then rewinding with super enameled copper winding wire of appropriate size incl varnishing and baking and then assembling complete and testing complete all as specified and directed .

M & L for servicing, Cleaning of water purifier/Kent RO of existing make & model complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- Rreplacement of following items shall be measured & paid seperatly as 'Supply Only'.

Supply and fixing decrine dozing machine with agitator & PVC Tank suitable to work at 230Volt, 50 Hz, connected with suction pipe and discharge pipe of suitable pressure head with nuts bolts, valve and all connected assessories complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repir single pointed air termination aluminium rod 12mm dia 300mm long complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair aluminium strip 25mmx3mm complete with saddles epoxy base and fixing screws for fitting the strip complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing completely with galvanised iron earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25m below ground level with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, surrounded from all side by 15 cm thick and packed layers of charcoal dust and common salt ,filling alternate layers and GI strip 32x6mm upto 7.5 Mtr electorde connected by means of bolts,nut and washer of GI and providing GI light grade pipe 40 mm dia as protection pipe for connected main controll board / test point and provided with GI pipe of medium grade 20 mm bore for watering and including funnel,wire mesh, PCC chamber of 1:2:4 type B1 ,and RCC cover of 1:2:4 type B1 with 6 mm dia bar @ 100 mm C/C both ways, including necessary earth work in any type of soil /strata disposial of soil, form work complete all as directed and complete all as shown in electricall plate No. 3 of SSR Part-I including testing on completion complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- GI strip above 7.5 m length shall be measured & paid seperatly under respective item.

S&G in repair for earth contunity conductor of size 32x6mm Gi strip complete all as specified and directed.

M& L in repair for test terminal block made out of gun metal or phosphrous bronze 75mmx25mmx with accessories complete all as specifued and directed

Net Contract Sum will be after deducting Sch Of Credit of Rs. 129324.00
