Churchgate Section - Repairing / replacement of spare parts of window AC, split AC, cassette AC units of various makes & capacities at various locations at Churchgate & Colaba Section for 2 years.

Cleaning of filters, condenser coil, evaporator coil, checking of working of AC unit, electrical connections etc; once in 2 months, as per specifications in Annexure I.

Replacement of defective rotary compressor by new rotary compressor of 1.5 TR capacity, as per specifications in Annexure II.

Replacement of defective rotary inverter type compressor by new rotary inverter type compressor of 1.5 TR capacity, as per specifications in Annexure III.

Removal of old cable and, supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of PVC insulated & sheathed copper 21 cable flexible multi-strand, 1100 Volt grade, FRLS, confirming to IS: 694 of 2010 or latest / IEC / NEC / NFPA Standards, ISI marked of reputed make, for interconnection to indoor and outdoor unit. The connection shall be made with suitable bi- metallic crimping sockets of proper size & rating. The cable shall be fixed with proper workmanship. Cable size: 2.5 sq.mm., 4 core.

Supply and installation of thermostat for AC unit; as per specifications in Annexure XXI.

Supply and installation of contactor for spilt AC unit. Scope of work covers: • Remove the defective contactor and replace it by new contactor of same size, shape, capacity, specifications and other parameters that of the existing. • Released contactor shall be handed over to Railway Supervisor.

Supply and installation of Discharge Grill Assembly (Tray for drain water) for Inverter type Split AC unit; as per specifications in Annex XXII.

Installation, testing & commissioning of split AC units of capacity 1.5 TR/2.0 TR at the nominated site, as per specifications in Annexure XXIII.

Supply and fixing of refrigerant copper tubing with insulation of required size, copper pipe dia 5/8" or 3/8" or 1/2" as per site requirement, complete with hardware fittings, as per specifications in Annexure XXIV.

Supply and fixing of refrigerant copper tubing with insulation of required size, copper pipe dia 1/4", complete with hardware fittings as per specifications in Annexure XXIV.

Supply and fixing of drainage CPVC pipe line of plumbing grade conforming to Standard - IS 15778, Class- SDR 11, ISI marked, with threaded type accessories. Nominal bore size - 25 mm, thickness - 2.6 mm minimum with 28 tolerance 0.51 mm or Nominal bore size - 40 mm, thickness - 3.8 mm minimum with tolerance 0.51 mm. Size of the pipe shall be decided by the SSE as per site requirement. PVC pipe line shall be fixed by PVC/G I saddling with proper slope so as to drain out the condensate water easily. Drainage pipe line should be terminated at the nearest drain. The work shall be done with proper workmanship. (Qty Unit - RM = (Running Meter)

Supply & fixing of bracket type ms stands to erect the condensing unit of split AC. The stands should be 29 adjustable type & suitable to fix on wall with required hardware & accessories. The bracket type stands used should be with adjustable holes on vertical strip to adjust the height of condensing unit as per site condition and fixing with suitable size GI fasteners /GI nut bolts etc., as per site requirement.

Supply of labour with transportation and removing, shifting of AC units from one location / station to another location / station, as per scope of work in Annexure XXV.

Supply of energy efficient inverter type split air conditioner unit of capacity 1.5 TR, having min. ISEER 5.6, along with copper tubing of on an average 3 mtr in length, as per specifications in Annexure XXVI.

Supply & fixing of PVC casing caping of size 100mm x 100mm with all accessories for covering of AC refrigerant piping, cables etc.as per specifications in Annexure XXXII.

Fabrication, supply & fixing of MS stand for condensing unit of split AC of 3/2/1.5 Ton capacity, size 42" length, x 24" breadth, x 24" height. Stand shall be fabricated from MS angle of 40mmx40mmx6mm and MS flat of 18mm x 4mm (thick) to be used in MS angle. as per specifications in Annexure XXVIII.
