Servicing the silancer assembly, remove the complte silencer assembly from DG set by removing nuts bolts complte, including opening the wall of silancer outlet remove the old aspectose rope on silencer complte, remove the blockage complte, reassemble the silencer with DG set with new gasket, nut, bolts & washers, gaswelding on damaged portion on silencer pipe complte DG set 140 KVA, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Servicing the silancer assembly, remove the complte silencer assembly from DG set by removing nuts bolts complte, including opening the wall of silancer outlet remove the old aspectose rope on silencer complte, remove the blockage complte, reassemble the silencer with DG set with new gasket, nut, bolts & washers, gaswelding on damaged portion on silencer pipe complte DG set 62.5 KVA, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F machinery description board made out of 4mm thick acrylic sheet and vynil sheet pasted on it with computer cut letters in white colour on blue back ground mounted with the help of stainless steel fastners 6-8 nos lettering shall be in english or alfa numeric of suitable size and fonts not more than 100 letters. Display board size will various as per requirement not more than 4 sqmtr in size, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for angle iron frame made of suitable size equal angle iron and MS flat of size 25mmx4mm for mounting of startors/SF units duly painted with one coat of red oxide and two coat of synthetic enamel black colour and including make hole all new nut,bolts and washers for fixing of startor/main switch etc. and grouting at site/pump house including PCC, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Attending of urgent complaints in any breakdown of standby Diesel engine with centrifugal pump at Turial location, whenever required, rectify the fault and restore the standby supply within 08 hours after receipt of the complaint. Note:- (i). The cost of replaced spare parts will be paid and measured seperately. (ii). If complaint is not attended by the contractor within three hours the penality of suitable amount to be impossed to him i.e double the quoted amount but not less than Rs. 6000/- per complaint. (iii) The cost of transportation (to and fro) for all kind of necessary equipment/T&P shall be arranged/brought by contractor to complete the job at site or at E/M yard and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect. (iv) Complaints shall be lodged by telephonic, so contractor give the telephone number which will be receive the complaint round the clock. (v) Normal routine work shall be not included in urgent complaint.
