Financial evaluation shall be carried out (as per section-6: Evaluation of Bids/Proposals) on the basis of cumulative cost (excluding applicable GST) proposed for Greenfield locations / projects (i.e. A) by the bidder, in the financial bid format through e-procurement mode only. The price quoted above is inclusive of all types of costs, taxes, duties, cess, surcharges, levies etc. and expenses and any other financial cost or implication. We hereby agree to abide by all the terms and conditions laid down in the tender documents.

Note:- i) To be submitted by the Bidder on https://eproc2.bihar.gov.in under financial bid only.

ii) The decision of the evaluation (technical/ financial) committee shall be final in case of clerical or typo graphical error in calculation/submission of the financial bid by the bidder.

iii) In evaluation of the financial bid by the bidder, the decision of the financial evaluation committee shall be final

iv) The evaluation (technical/financial) committee shall have the discretion to take necessary decision, in all such cases.
