The board and the post pipe are connected by 32 mm dia M.S. pipe with suitable bolts and clamps of 12 cm length by horizontally 3 places and vertically 2 places and a cross tie flat is provided at the bottom of the board with pipe post to hold the hanging strength. Finally the board frame and the post pipe are painted by Zinc chromate primer and aluminium paint and embedded in ground pit of size 0.8m X 0.8 m X 0.9 m with PCC 1:2:4 complete.

Providing and fixing '3M' make reflective road studs of category 'A' raised pavement markers made out of poly carbonate / ABS moulded body and reflective panels with micro prismatic lens capable of providing total internal reflection of the light entering the lens face with retro reflectance and chromaticity values conforming to ASTM D4280. The reflective raised pavement makers shall also confirm the length, height and width of the body shall not be less than 100mm, 15mm and 90mm and base of marker shall be flat within 1.3mm (3M equivalent). The marker shall support a load of 13635Kg tested in accordance with ASTM D4280. Lenses shall be moulded of polycarbonate or methyl eth0crylate conformiing ASTM D788. The area of each retro reflectory surface shall not be less than 13.0 sq.cm. The slope or retro-reflectory surface shall be 35+5 degree to base. Each reflector shall have a CIL not less than values specified in table 1 of said MORT&H circular and two cylindrical polymer shanks not less than 20mm diametre and not less than 30mm length shall be provided for better anchorage with bituminous grout or epoxy mortor all as per the MORTH circular No.RW/NH-33023/10/97-DO.III dt.11.06.97
