8725 SPECIAL REPAIRS FOR REPLACEMENT OF WINDOWS OF BLDG NO P-106 (OFFRS MD ACCN) AND SPECIAL REPAIRS TO BLDG NO P-107 OR INSTITUTE AT AIPT AND APTC DEPOT UNDER GE (CENTRAL) PUNE

M&L water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab,walls,chajjas etc,shall be carried out as specified below and as directed by Engr-in-charge.(a) Preparing surfaces of roof slab,walls, chajjas etc by brooming with broom sweeping free from dirt dust etc and applying one coat of oil based cold bituminius primer @ 0.40 ltr per Sqm complete all as specified .(b) Laying APP polymer modified approved membrane ,non woven,polyster,weighing not less than 3.5Kg /Sqm and 3mm thick with laps and over laps as specified and joints sealed completly by torch application method all as specified and directed by Engr -in-charge .Carring out test by flooding water for 24 hrs for leekage and seepage and rectifying the same to the entire satisfaction of GE.(c) Finally applying two coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 0.15ltr/Sqm on the top of membrane & Removing of existing old bitumenous tarfelt (water proofing treatment) including cement screed bed and clean the surface with wire brush and washing with water to achieve the original surface of slab complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position on roof slab/sunken slab as in padding etc including removing rubbish off the premises out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type BO (12.5 mm graded aggregate) as in sunken floor,roof padding and similar items mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 200ml/Bag of cement complete all as specified and directed. Note: Liquid WPC shall be measured and paid seperately.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frames) n. exc 1.50 Sqm each including making good the disturbed surfaces as original with CM (1:6) or PCC (1:2:4) type B0 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F pressed steel frames of size 105x60mm for doors with one or more rebates including necessary fixing lugs, hinges, lock strike plate, etc. complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Rates quoted deemed to include S&F of 100mm stainless steel butt hinges(min 03 nos in each frame)

M&L for Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C1 (20mm graded stone aggregates) for filling of pressed steel frame and hold fast block cutting etc complete all as specified and directed.
