Construction of Link road from Laswara Karail PMGSY road to Gujjar Basti Tehsil Bishnah, Jammu (Under Road Sector (New works) Capex Budget F.Y. 2026-27)

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) in foundation trenches, drains, pipes and cables etc. (not exceeding 1.5mtr in width or 10sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5mtr including getting out excavated soil and disposal of surplus soil as directed, within a lead of 50 mtr.(All Kinds)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering- All work upto plinth level.1:5:10 (1 cement: 5 coarse sand: 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size).

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centring and shuttering- All work upto plinth level.1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

Filling available excavated earth (excluding rock) in trenches, plinth, sides of foundations etc. in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering, lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.

Banking excavated earth in layers not exceeding 20cm in depth, breaking clods, watering, rolling each layer with 1/2 tonne roller, or wooden or steel rammers, and rolling every 3rd and top-most layer with power roller of minimum 8 tonnes and dressing up, in embankments for roads, flood banks, marginal banks, and guide bank etc., lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m in All kinds of soil

Supply and laying of RBM/NBM material of max. size of stone aggregate 20mm N/size including ramming, watering and consolidation of each layer including the cost of carriage.

Providing & Laying WBM Grade - II with specified stone agg. & binding material including Screaning, sorting. spreading to template & consolidation with power road roller of minimum 8 ton capacity. Base course with 63mm to 45mm size including stone screaning 13.20mm size .

Providing & laying water bound macadam with specified stone aggregate sceening and binding material including screening, sorting to template and consolidation with power road roller 80-100 KN capacity. Base course with 53mm-22.40mm size including stone screening 11.20mm size.

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight bitumen of grade VG-10 inclu. heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaninig the ex. Road surface as per specification on WBM surface @0.750 kg /sqm

2.5 cm premix carpet surfacing with 2.25cum and 1.12 cum of stone chippings of 13.2 mm and 11.2mm size respectively per 100 sqm and 52 kg and 56 kg of hot bitumen per cum of stone chippings of 13.2 mm and 11.2 mm size respectively including a tack coat with hot straight run bitumen including consolidation with road roller of 6 to 9 tonne capacity etc. complete (tack coat to be paid for separately). 16.41.2 With paving Asphalt grade VG-30 with no solvent.
