Manning and operation of Bercha lake and Pump House at Bercha including installation/ equipments detailed below by employing one FGM, in three shifts of Eight hours duration each shift (from 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs, 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs and 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs) including maintaining of log sheets complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge . Centrifugal pumping sets 40 HP with all accessories-02 Nos 10. Centrifugal pumping sets 50 HP with all accessories02 Nos 11. DG set Cap 125 KVA 01 Nos 12. Electric panel of pump set including area lighning.

Manning and operation of filtration plant and MES pump house and installed machinery including the chorination of raw water as detailed below by employing one (FGM) as per E-in-C's standing orders in three shift of 0800 hrs each (from 0600 hrs hrs to 1400 hrs, 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs) including maintaining of log sheets complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

All controling Valves (Sluice/Butterfly valves) at Filtration plant and pump house Area. 4. Valve house 02 Nos 5. Pump house -03 Nos 6. DG Room 01 Nos 7. RCC Sump capacity 15 lakh Gallon -03 Nos 8. Centrifugal pumping sets 100 HP with all accessories, starter etc. including panel 01 Nos 9. Centrifugal pumpng sets 75 HP with all accessories, starter etc. including panel 08 Nos 10. DG set capacity 250 KVA with all accessories including panel 01 Nos 11. DG set capacity 200 KVA with all accessories including panel 01 Nos 12. DG set capacity 160 KVA with all accessories including panel 01 Nos 13. All electric panel and area lightning.

Supply & Fix in repairs of sluice valves cast iron body, double flanged, ISI marked (IS-14846), heavy duty, class PN -1.6 gun metal, with rising spindle of solid forged bronze and poerating handle, including rubber gaskets, nuts, bolts, washers etccomplete of the following sizes:-

(a) 80 mm bore

(b) 100 mm bore

(c) 150 mm bore

(d) 200 mm bore

Taking out sluice valves refaving, regrinding and refixing of following sizes:-

80 mm bore

100 mm bore

150 mm bore

200 mm bore

250 mm bore

300 mm bore

Supply and fix in repairs of water pressure gauge, anologue type of range up to 0-150 PSI complete all as specified as directed:-

Supply and fix in repairs of Brass spindle externally threadedand in repairs in sluice valves of follwing sizes:-

80 mm bore

100 mm bore

150 mm bore

200 mm bore

250 mm bore

300 mm bore

Supply and fix in repairs of Brass wedges nut with internal threaded in sluice valves of following sizes:-

80 mm bore

100 mm bore

150 mm bore

200 mm bore

Notes :- For all Items of BOQ ; If the quoted amount is less than the estimated cost of the work i.e. 25.50 Lakhs, then the lowest bidder will have to deposit FDR/BGB in favour of Accepting Officer within 07 days of opening of finacial bid for the difference in estimated cost i.e. 25.50 Lakhs & quoted amount. In case the said FDR/BGB is not submitted within stipulated period mentioned above, the contractor shall be banned for 06 months & his bid will be rejected. The said Amt deposited by the lowest bidder will be released after two months of certified completion of work.
