Supply and fixing 1884 mm long rail made out of 32 mm dia GI pipe medium grade ISI marked duly threaded both ends and including taking out old unservicable long rail from the existing GI Charpoy frame complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Fixing only 804 mm short rail made out from long rail 32 mm dia GI Pipe retrieved from ser no 1.01 here in above including cutting and threading both ends and fixing in position to the entire satisfaction of the Engr-in-Charge and including taking out old unservicable short rail from the existing GI charpoy from complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Fixing only 377 mm leg made out from short rail 32 mm duia GI Pipe retrieved from ser no 1.01 and 1.02 here in above including cutting and threading one ends & fixing in position to the entire satisfaction of the Engr-in-Charge and including taking out old unservicable leg from the existing GI charpoy frame complete as directed by the Engr-in -charge

Supply and fixing GI Elbow 3 ways duly threaded (ISI Marked) suitable for 32 mm dia GI Pipe Charpoy including taking out old unservicable elbow from the existing GI Charpoy frame complete all as directed by the Engr-in -Charge

Supply and fixing GI check nut duly threaded suitable for 32 mm dia GI Pipe Charpoy including taking out old unservicable check nut from the existing GI Charpoy frame complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

Removal of Nylon Newar from existing Charpoy GI Pipe complete all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Supply and fixing 12 mm thick 7 ply BWR plywood , including providing 03 nos support of MS flat iron of size 40 mm x 3 mm x 850 mm long duly fitted with plywood to GI Pipe the plywood shall be fixed to GI Pipe with 10 nos nuts and bolts counter sunk of size 66mmx6mm dia by driling the holes jointed to main ply. Flat iron shall be fixed to plywood from bottom side with 2 nos screw of suitable size by drilling the holes in flat iron complete flat iron shall be painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint black over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed and as directed by the Engr-in Charge Make of ply Century, Greenply, Kitply
