REPAIR CLEANING OF SEWAGE LINE MAN HOLES GULLY TRAPS AND SEPTIC TANKS OF ZONE 1 AREA OF MCEME UNDER GE MCEME SECUNDERABAD

Mechanically pumping out of sewage water/ sludge from septic tanks / man holes / soakage well / filter bed by emptying liquid, semi solid, solid foul contents including cleaning of inlets, outlets and getting out by using sewage pumping vehicle or vacuume truck and filling the foul materials into covered tanks attached to suction pump and removing and disposing the same at a place meant for disposal of foul material outside MoD land, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Cutting and clearing away all grass, vegetation, saplings, shrubs, brush-wood, under growth roots for making approach and surounding to septic tanks, arround manholes, manhole to manhole for sewage lines and removing rubbish upto a distance of 50 metres out side the periphery of the area under clearance, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Mechanically cleaning of sewage line blockage, Manhole blockage by Hydro Jetting using high pressure water jets (1500 to 4000 PSI) and compresser to scour pipe interiors including removing grease, sediments debris and tree roots etc outside MoD land all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dewatering and manually cleaning of liquid sludge, soil, sediments debris accumulated in Manholes, gully traps and removing the wastage sludge outside MoD land and burried under ground (minimum 30 cm below ground level) including necessary excavation of pits in soft loose soil and returnig, filling in including sprinking of bleaching powder at the rate of 0.20 kg / Sqm and dressing of surplus soil around to slope, all complete as required and directed. all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.50m wide and n.exc. 1.50m depth and getting out in any kind of soil , complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Excavation shall be done manually to avoid any damage to elctric cable and water pipe line encountered during the excavation)

Returning, filling in incl spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25cm all as specified.as in soft /loose soil, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated materials exc 50 mtr but n.exc 250 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point in soils, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L Reinforced Concrete Pipes, Class NP2, 150MM bore laid in trenches and jointed complete with collars including demolition and breaking up old sewage SGSW/RCC pipe and removing the old pipe out side MoD land complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.
