Supply, installation and testing of silent Diesel Engine Generating set 415 volts 160 KVA 3 phase, 0.8 power factor 50 Hz, 1500 RPM , engine and alternator as per relavent IS, self excited self regulated brushless AC generator with relay panel and control panel installed including sound proof Acoustic enclosure suitable for ambient condition at Pune, Engine should comply with latest CPCB norms , mounted on a base frame along with Std control panel , fuel tank, Battery with leads, first fill of oil, engine safeties & protections, anti vibration mounting pads and foundation etc in all respect and confirming to condition under BS 5514/2613/5000 ISO 8526/3046 with following:- (i) The capacity of Generator set shall be net after all due derating factors as per relevant ISI standard. Adequate capacity of Diesel engine suitable for 160 KVA coupled drive independently above alternator and after considering derating as per site conditons after generating and reducing power consumed by accessories ,directly coupled through flexible coupling ,multi cylinder multi stroke direct injection, cold starting as per relevant ISI/BS - 5514 with an overload capacity of 10% for one hour in 12 hours, continuous running complete with standard accessories all as specified and required for safe handling and operation salient features of accessories shall be as under i) Fly wheel with housing ii) Cooling system :- water cooled radiator type iii) Cooling Water pump : - Centrifugal type belt driven.

E. Acoustic enclosure: Enclosure is free standing floor mounted factory built and modular in construction to facilitate easy assembly at work site and will be drop over housing type. It will consist of acoustically treated panel housed in sheet steel will provide easy access for maintenance, repairs and operation. The enclosure is custom built to suit conditions as per latest CPCB norms. The following itmes are deemed to be included in the rate quoted for all DG sets:- (i) DHPP for testing purpose shall be supplied by the contractor with out any extra cost to Govt (ii) The contractor shall will arrange for artificial load for testing for final testing of DG Set at site (iii) Documents : Standard Documents as per manufacturer specifications such as maintenance & operation, mannual parts, catalogues, display chacts such as maintenance and oil change chart/board etc.

(F) Civil Works :- All civil works including PCC plat form and related to foundations including of panel and equipments including making good the existing structure of disturbed during installation and commissioning of genset. The depth of the foundation shall be minimum 300mm below ground level and 300mm above the ground or as recommended by the manufacturer.
