Design, supplying, installing, testing & commissioning of 30 KLD Capacity Moving Bed Bio Reactor (MBBR) Sewage Treatment Plant (excluding excavation, back filling & disposal of surplus earth MS / Civil construction work)

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 2 Nos Stainless Steel Perforated, Corrugated Bar Screen with suitable lifting arrangement (size 500 mm wide x 800 mm high approx). Spacing 6mm & 10 mm.

Supply of MS hot dip galvanized puddle flanges in accordance to BS:10 table D as required to be provided (in the structural slab and wall) of various diameters. Puddle flanges shall be provided for all the structural component of the STP. The installation of the puddle flanges shall be carried out by the Civil contractor in accordance to the Civil GA drawing (to be prepared by the STP contractor) at the required levels & position; under the supervision of the STP contractor.

Supply of plastic manhole step / foot rest (@ 300 mm c/c) with polypropelene compound injection molded around 12 mm dia (Fe-415) steel reinforcing bar. Provision of the foot rest is envisaged in various tanks/ components of the STP for the purpose of accessability. The installation of the foot rest shall be done by the civil contractor as per civil GA drawing

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 10 mm thick MS chequered plate rectangular manhole cover with frame for the feasibility of access in the tank with locking arrangement. Size : 600 x 900

Supply of vent pipes of 100 mm dia with mosquito proof grating suitable for the ventilation purpose of the various tanks.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of electronic type level indicator and controller for automatic operation of the system with high/low level alarm complete with auxillary NO/NC contacts for each tank.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of sight tube (of 3.5 to 4.5 m length) with isolation valve at top/bottom, demarcation on tube & for making the installation complete. Contractor shall ensure submission of detailed civil GA drawings (Plan & Section), P & I diagram, schematic diagram for the above mentioned component and additional component if so required for the complete working of the STP.

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of non clogging type pumps capable of handling solids upto 35mm having SS casing & SS impeller complete with all accessories, motor of required IE3 capacity. Delivery header with isolation valve, pressure gauge on delivery line with isolation cock, level controller (with wiring) to control the level of sump automatically . Pumps shall have following duty:

Submersible Pumps for Equilisation tanks (2 Nos. 1 working & 1 standby) :- Flow rate (each) = 0.7 LPS Head = 15 Mtr

Sludge disposal pump (2 Nos - 1 working + 1 Standby )Flow rate (each) = 0.7 LPS (Solid handling size for this pump shall be 35 mm). Head = 15 Mtr

Sludge Recirculation pump (2 Nos - 1 working + 1 Standby) Flow rate (each) = --1.2---- LPS (Solid handling size for this pump shall be 15 mm). Head = ---10--- Mtr

Air diffusion system shall include the following:

2 No. twin lobe rotary air blowers (1W + 1S) capable of delivering 50 cum/hr of free air at 0.5 kg/cm2 driven through belt or directly coupled through flexible coupling to a TEFC motor of suitable HP Suitable for 415 ± 10% volts, 3 phase, 50 cycles A/C supply.

Air piping shall comprise of pipes droppers/ laterals with MS (epoxy coated) Header complete with all fittings such as tees, crosses, plugs, sockets, elbows, reducers, supports & clamps, puddle flanges etc cutting chases & making good. Contactor to submit detailed P & I indicating their proposal

Non clog type air dispersion system capable of handling 3-5 cfm of air with oxygen transfer efficiency of 3-4% per/meter water depth. Air dispersion grid shall be assembled in modular form so that they can be replaced / repaired easily from plat form at the top. (Imported fine bubble membrane diffusers)

Bronze Ball valve and air dispersion grid as required for STP as described above. Note : Air dispersion system shall be provided for Equalization tank, aeration tank and Sludge Holding Tank.

Providing and fixing all piping (as described below) and isolation control valves for making the system complete. SS 304 : Submerged air piping GI (Heavy) : Interconnecting pipe line after delivery header of pump/ filter PVC piping : Pumped effluent (submerged) & tank overflow pipe line MS Epoxy : Air piping & pumped effluent riser (non-submerged)

Supply, installation, testing and comissioning of FAB media of suitable capacity as per manufacturer recommendation.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of PVC tube deck settling media to be installed in secondary settling tank.

Supplying, installing, testing & commissioning of horizontal centrifugal filter feed water pumps CI Head & Base, Bronze Impeller along with motor, pressure gauge with isolation cock, Isolation valve, NRV on delivery line. Isolation valve, stainer (with by-pass) at suction. Mechanical seal, suitable vibration elimination pads of approved design, with suitable electric consumption IE3 motor, drain pipe with valve (25 dia) for the pump. The pump shall be suitable for 415±10% volts 3 phase AC supply. All pumps shall be Level switch operated for automatic running (on/off) of the same.

(1 Working + 1 Standby) Capacity : 0.7 LPS each Head : 30 M RPM : 2900 (Filter Feed Pumps)

(1 Working + 1 Standby) Capacity : 1.4 LPS each Head : 40 M RPM : 2900

( Irrigation pumps) Providing, fixing, testing & commissioning of vertical MSEP filter with adequate dirt holding capacity. Fabricated from MS sheet as per manufacturer's specifications complete with intitial charge filter media including painting inside with two coats of non toxic epoxy and with one coat of zinc chromate two coats of synthetic enamel paint outside. Including concrete foudation with cement plaster complete as required. The filter shall also be provided with set of internals for raw water inlet and bottom collecting system. Complete with frontal piping (heavy) and butterfly valves designed on 1.50 m / sec velocity.

Filter for Domestic Water services. Filteration Rate 20000 L/Sqm/Hr Capacity : 0.7 LPS each

Activated Carbon Filter Filteration Rate 15000 L/Sqm/Hr Capacity : 0.7 LPS each

Supplying, installing, testing & commissioning of hypochlorite solution doser comprising of 10 Litres capacity FRP tank with inlet / outlet connection, piping & valves alongwith metering (0-6 lph) pump & SS agitator with motor for dosing.

Providing and laying different sizes GI pipes (heavy class) (Tertiary Treatment Equipment Piping) of approved make, as per approved design, conforming to IS:1239-1982 complete with GI fittings such as tees, crosses, plugs, sockets, elbows, reducers, unions, flanges, sleeve pieces, check nuts etc in including cutting and making good the walls, floors, RCC work etc cutting chases & filling the same with cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement :3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) or cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement:4 coarse sand) as required, including painting the exposed pipes with desired shade of enamel paint over a coat of primer. Pipeline velocity should not exceed 2 m/s

Providing and fixing different sizes cast iron butterfly valves tested to 15 kg/ Sqcm pressure (Including flanges) as per approved design

Providing and fixing different sizes horizontal flap type non-return valve tested to 15 kg/Sqcm pressure of approved make (including flanges) as per approved design

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Centrifuge system of Suitable Capacity with Filter press feed pump 2 Nos. (1 working + 1 standby) with 1 No. standby stator, interconnecting piping and poly dosing system.

Design approval of STP from pollution board at initial & various other stages of works including preparation of report/ drawings as per pollution board requirement, arrangement of raw sewage for testing & commissioning. Contractor shall include the cost of all chemicals (consumed during testing & commissioning) and the cost of such items of works which are not explicitly mentioned above, but are mandatory to have pollution board approval.

Supply, installation testing and commissioning of Magnetic flow meter suitable for 1.5 cu.m / hour flow with preamplifier and microprocessor including necessary cabling, conduit, etc complete suitable for raw sewage application.

ONLINE STP PARAMETER MONITORING SYSTEM Supply, installation testing and commissioning of online STP outlet parameter monitoring system based on uv septrometer along with all sensors and server system to transmit the online parameter to other side. Parameter -Ph, BOD,COD,TSS.

ANOXIC AGITATOR Supply, installation testing and commissioning of slow speed Anoxic Agitator for mixing. MOC-SS304

Annual Comprehensive Maintenance of 30 KLD Sewage Treatment Plant inclusive of all spares, chemicals & material & carrying out breakdown & the preventive maintenance as per OEM recommendations after Defect Liability Period of one (01) year.

First Year ( After DLP of 01 year) @ 3.82% of SITC Cost

Second Year ( After DLP of 01 year) @ 4.77% of SITC Cost

Third Year ( After DLP of 01 year) @ 5.72% of SITC Cost
