Supply, installation, testing and commissioning LT Panel cubical outdoor type double door, dust/vermin proof made out of CRCA sheet 3.15mm thick CPRI approved duly powder coated having opening and locking arrangement both in front and rear side, mounted on 4 Nos angle iron 40x40x6 mm - 0.5 mtr length, embedded in PCC 1:3:6 type C2 incl aluminium bus bar of 300 Amps 4 pole , suitable length and necessary cable gland for incoming and outgoing cables with lugs and connections etc with required nuts ,bolts and washer including provision and suitable for fixing of the following accessories/eqpt incl cable gland etc (near 25KVA DG Set) complete all as specified & directed .

Supplying, laying, jointing and testing cable XLPE insulated IS 7098 (Part-I)-1988 marked, screened, PVC sheathed, armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor for working voltage up to and including 1100 volts, cross sectional area of cable 35 sqmm 3.5 core laid in trenches/fixed on pole/wall/passed through pipe complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item no 5 above but size 25 sqmm 4 core

Supply and fixing of sheet metal enclosure single door for DBs, single pole and neutral,8 way 240 volt complete all as specified and directed .

S&F Isolator TPN 63Amp, 10 KA complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 1100 volts grade heavy duty cable PVC insulated aluminium conductor, served with inner sheathing of PVC tape and overall PVC sheathed in service connections suspended by insulating hangers not more than 1 mtr apart incl 4 mm dia suspension wire, one twin core cable flat of size 16 Sqmm complete all as specified & directed .

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in to the ground ( earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below the ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connected to the galvanised earth lead by means of bolts , nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel using GI strip 32x6mm as earthing lead as shown in electric plate No -3 of SSR- Part-1 connected to earth test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion and necessary excavation and earth work in hard/dense soil, returning filling, disposal of surplus soil, earth pit in PCC 1 :2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, pit funnel, 20 mm diia medium grade GI watering pipe, 15 mm dia GI light grade earth lead protection pipe, CI frame and cover , wire copper lugs etc including mesh, charcoal and common salt in alternate layer complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: GI strip upto 7.5 Mtrs is included under this item.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.5 Mtr wide and not exc 1.5 Mtr in depth in hard/dense soil as in foundation for laying underground cables / erection of steel tubular poles / stay pit etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in incl spreading ,levelling watering and well ramming in layer n exc 25cm in soil each layer complete all as specified and directed .

Removing excavated surplus soil/materials to a distance n exc 50m and depositing where directed at level n. exc 1.5m above the starting point in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for sand cushioning the UG cable screened ,unwashed river sand and punning for cushioning to cable complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for laying dry bricks old size with sub class 'B' made of burnt clay best quality locally available with permissible tolerance , laid straight in trench for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Copper strips 20x3.15 mm thick with & incl suitable porcelain/FRP insulators, saddle and fixing screws etc for roof conductors and down conductors above ground level complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of air termination single pointed Copper rod 12mm dia and 300 mm long incl fixing on roof /wall with MS clamp and nut, bolt and washers etc complete all as directed.

S&F of MS box made out of 2 mm thick MS sheet and of size 150 mm x 150mm x 100 mm for housing the test point incl provn of 2mm thick hylum sheet on bottom for housing the test point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with Copper earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx3.15mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deeep below the ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below the normal ground level connected to Copper Earth strip 20x3mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part- I connected to earth test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion and necessary excavation and earth work in hard/dense soil, returning filling, disposal of surplus soil, earth pit in PCC 1 :2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, pit funnel, 20 mm diia medium grade GI watering pipe, 75 mm dia GI light grade pipe for protection of earth strip, CI frame and cover , wire copper lugs etc including mesh, charcoal and common salt in alternate layer complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Earth strip upto 7.5 Mtrs is included under this item.

Supply and fix GI strip 32 X 6 mm buried in ground complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for test point terminal block made out of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25 mm, drilled and screwed incl 3 nos, 8 mm dia 25 mm long screw complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, erecting, testing and commissioning of Solar standalone street light system (all in one type) with automatic dusk to dawn operation, 20 W LED type with LED street light 20 W luminaire, SPV module panel not less than 40 Wp with Lithium Ferrophosphate battery 12 volt 24 AH with inbuilt MPPT charge controller unit, mounted on Galvanised steel pole 50 mm dia, medium grade, 5 mtr height alongwith suitable size street light bracket with necessary excavation, earth work and PCC work in 1:2:4 type B-1using stonr aggregate, nececcsary form work for embedding pole in ground 0.5 mtr in depth below GL complete all as specified and directed.
