CLEANING OF SEWAGE LINE AND REPAIR/MAINT OFSEWAGE LINES, MANHOLE, SEPTIC TANK AT ZONE-1,6,7,9 TO 12 AND OLD AND NEW AMN DUMP UNDER AGE B/R-I, GE BABINA

(ii) All the complaint(s) will be addressed and rectified within same day from the time of receipt of complaint and deploying adequate no of safaiwala/man power for 08 hrs working in a day (Minimum 03 Nos) complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge . If, contractor or his tradesmen fails to attend and rectify the complained within 24 hrs from the time of receipt of complaint, the compensation/penalty of Rs. 50.00 (Rupees Fifty only) per complaint per hr. for first 02 hrs. and after that Rs. 100.00 (Rupees One Hundred only) per complaint per hr. shall be recovered from the contractor’s dues.

Cleaning, dislodging and Pumping out of water / liquid / sludge or any other waste/materials stagnated in manholes/sewer line/septic tank / soak wells, including taking out sludge (both organic and inorganic matter) in any form and other foreign matter etc viz sediment, sand, ash, grease, fibre, silt, roots or vegetation etc by means of sewage sucking machine and after plugging the incoming sewer line through combined high pressure water jetting/ suction (Vacuum) type machine mounted on LCV/HCV facility of high pressure vacuum and removing the sludge outside MOD land by any means and at a place meant for the purpose by local Municipality depositing the same into a pit and covering with a excavated earth layers.Finally top position to be covered by a layer of each earth spreading bleaching powder @ 200 gms per Sqmt for disinfections purpose all as directed complete all as specified and directed Engr-in-charge. Note- Excavation of pit is deemed to be included in this item.

Demolition of existing gully trap chamber and construction of half brick work chamber of any size in CM 1:4 including plastreing in CM 1:4, PCC coping (1:2:4) type B0 with RCC cover slab of required size including disposal of waste/ sludge complete all as directed Engr-in-charge.

Cleaning and removing of blockage of any type of sludge /efflucent etc in sewage line any dia including affected manholes and disposal of waste materials / spoils upto a distance of 2 km by any means maually with the help of green bamboo or any other mechanical method including washing out manhole and sewage line and disposal of waste / sludge in pits complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- Each time cleaning of blockage shall be paid and measured seperately.

Opening & cleaning of blockage from Nahani trap/ gully trap/Floor trap/P or S trap or WC, 100MM/75 mm dia CI pipe line/SWG pipe line of any bore/PVC pipe line of any bore up to first man hole etc and making sewage system/waste water line functional complete all as directed Engr-in-charge.

Cleaning of manholes of depth n. exc. 1.5 M deep mechanically or manually by taking off sludge waste soil and silted soil from the existing manhole of any size and removing the sludge to a distance n. exc. 2.00 KM in sealed container and depositing the same all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

All as per item No 7 above but exc. 1.5 mtr and n. exc. 3 mtr deep.

Taking down pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., and removal complete and all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 Mixed with Water proffing compound and black polyethylen film 175 micron laid in shunken portion and as per manufacturer instructions surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified Note - WPC will be measured separately.
