CLEANING OF EXISTING SEWAGE LINES, SEPTIC TANK AND REPAIR TO DRAIN, CULVERT, FENCING, JAFFERI WALL, PATH, HARD STANDING ETC IN CAMP AREA, MAUDE LINE, PINTO PARK, AFSR, CWE COMPLEX AND OTHER MD/ OTM ACCN IN THE AOR OF AGE B/R-II UNDER GE (AF) PALAM

De-silting and cleaning of sludge from Septic tank up to 5 mtr deep by mechanically operated Sucking/ Hydraulic pressure machine and taking out sludge/muddy/sewerage water/debris from the tank and removing the same from site to out of MOD land including flushing with water after cleaning complete all as specified.

De-silting, cleaning and clearing the blockage of sewage lines upto 150mm bore (SGSW/RCC pipe) between manholes (any depth) by approved mechanical means as per standard engineering practice from man holes to man hole and removing the debries/sluge from site to out of MOD including flushing the line with water & testing after cleaning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of sewage lines including manholes of dia 150mm to 300mm and depth exceeding 1mtr including de-sludging by super sucker machanically operated truck mounted of min 25 tonne capacity with minimum 12000 ltr water tanker fitted with high pressure jet ( Min jetting pressure 3000 PSI to 4500 PSI) machine for 8 working hours per day excluding stand by period and disposal period of sluge out side MoD land as directed. Note for item No 1 to 3 : (a) No water shall be supplied by MES for cleaning/ flushing of sewer lines. (b) Generally flow of pressure 3000 to 4500 PSI at least 6 gallons per minute is required for braking of blockages and cleaning of sludge from lines. (c) Contractor shall arrange all the T&Ps / machines as mentioned in said items within 15 days from the date of commencement of work. (d) The complaints of line blockage must be complied within 8 hours failing which a penal recovery of Rs 1500/- per day shall be made from the contractor's dues. (e) The sludge/muddy/sewerage water/debris etc shall be removed from site to out of MOD land. The quoted rates are deemed to be included in the above item for the above provisions and nothing extra shall be paid on these account.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.50mtr wide and not exceeding 1.50mtr in depth or not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.50 m in depth for sewer lines, manholes, well etc and getting out in soft/loose soil.

All as per item No 4 here-in-before but depth exceeding 1.50m and not exceeding 3mtrs.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm.

Removing excavated materials/ soil to a distance exceeding 50m but not exceeding 200m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50m above the starting point.

Demolition & breaking up drain pipes (salt glazed stone ware, AC or reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar including bed concrete for 150mm bore pipe and removing the debris from site to outside MoD land.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in concrete bed to drain pipes including packing under and haunching against the sides of pipes, after they are laid and tested for 150mm bore pipe complete all as specified

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 with water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces of walls including finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement. Note: WPC shall be measured and paid seperately as supply only.
