Excavation in foundations, trenches etc., in earth work. In all kind of soil such as spade work, pick work, jumper work, blasting work in soft and hard rock chiselling / wedging out of rock where blasting is prohibited and in saturated soil etc. in all leads and lifts, stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 metres clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in fifteen centimetre layers, when required into plinths sides of foundations etc. consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and dewatering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth with in all leads and lifts and as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:4:8( 1 cement 4 sand:8graded stone aggregate 40 mm.nominal size ) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in foundation and material within all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Cahrge plinth including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement:2sand:4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth RCC work and foundation footing basses of columns complete in all respect.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement :6 sand) using first class bricks and including carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts.

15 mm thick cement plaster in single coat on fair side of brick/ stone masonry/concrete for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises internal rounded angles chamfers and/ or rounded angle not exceeding 80 mm in girth and finished even & smooth in cement mortor 1:3 (1 cement:3 sand) in all leads and lifts as per the direction of the Engineer-in-Charge.

White washing with lime on undecorated wall surfaces( two coats) to give an even shade including throughly brooming the surface to remove all dirt dust mortar dirt and other foreign matter complete in all respect

Finishing wall with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on undecorated wall surface (two coats) to give an even shade surface to remove all dirt & remains of loose powdered materials complete in all respect including after thoroughly brushing the all leads & lifts.

Laying /jointing/testing in trenches galvanised mild steel tube of following dia and grade confirming to BIS 1239 ( with latest ammendment upto date) as per classification of pipe as specified below. Providing, Fixing/welding of MS plate flanges at suit joint confirming to table as specified below as per IS- 6392-1971 (Latest with upto ammendment) welding of MS flanges (one layers outer side & one layer on inner side of each flange with GMS pipe (The cost of GMS pipe to be measured & paid for separately) according to relevant BIS standard detail technical specifications with nuts, bolts of required size minimum 3mm thick compressed asbestos fibre/synthetic rubber gasket confirming to relevant BIS code as given in the technical clarification including carriage of material in all leads and lifts.65 mm dia Table-5
