Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stone work and pre-cast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6 M mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified & directed

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ bricks old size (except brick), straight or curved on plan exc 6 M mean radius, built in CM 1:6 complete all as specified & directed. Note:- Bricks obtained from item No 3 shall be reused after cleaning.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any discription on brick or stone walls/ ceilings etc, including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:6 on any faces of brick or concrete surfaces of walls & finishing the surface even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on brick or concrete surface with water proofing compound @ manufacturers instructions, finished fair & even complete all as specified and directed. Note : Water proofing compound will be measured and paid seperately under respective item of Sch ‘A’.

M & L for rendering 10mm thick in CM 1:3 on ceiling surface finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coat of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of 1mm thick wall care putty all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered or un-plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces and applying two coat of weather proof paint in different tint as in band/strips in narrow width and similer works complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x250x7mm/450x350x7 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match tiles including taking down cement plaster and rendering 10mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 on brick wall complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L ceramic non skid joint free coloured tiles (1st quality/ premium quality) 7 to 8 mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but not exc. 0.11 Sqm as in floors, skirtings etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cment mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L ceramic non skid joint free coloured tiles (1st quality/premium quality) 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11Sqm but not exc. 0.18 Sqm as in floors, skirtings etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer of cment mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for light shade vitrified ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished,area of each tiles not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors, skirtings etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over 15mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 300mm x 300mm x 25 mm thick , with grey cement and pigments, set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with grey cement & pigment in floors laid over and including 20 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cm 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 20mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like laid overe in 15mm thick cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Machine cut kota stone 20-25 mm thick as in floor, stair case, landing etc. laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the stone including grinding and mirror polishing, over 20mm thick screed bed in CM ( 1:6) as in floor complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Machine cut kota stone slab 18-20 mm thick in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar laid over 10 mm thick rendering as bed or bedding layer in 15mm thick CM (1:4), set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4,type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floors/paving/ path ( 40 mm thick ) laying in alternate ways, finished even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs 15 mm bore chromium plated fancy bib taps, cast copper alloy, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs bib tap standard of PTMT any colour high pressure screwed for iron pipe or for union, bore of pipe 15mm (min wt 90 gms), all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 10 ltrs capacity PVC flushing cistern low level (white) with inlet ball valve and handle including brackets, rubber bush, washers etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 15 mm bore CP angle/Stop valves, screwed down, high pressure, with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions complete all as specified & directed.

S&F in repairs 15mm concealed stop cock, chromium plated fancy type with long shank and cup complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 15mm bore steel tubing and connection complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down 20mm bore steel tubing and connection complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 15mm bore steel water tubing, medium grade, galvanized including fittings and fixed to walls, ceilings, floors or laid in floors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs vitreous china squatting pan Orissa pattern size 580x440mm white with integral foot rests and necessary concrete bedding (excluding flushing cistern and flush pipe) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs PVC connection 15mm size with PTMT nuts, 450 mm long complete all as specified and directed

S&F in repairs Vitreous china wash basin white flat back size 550 x 400mm including waste pipe and coupling, chain plug brackets complete all as specified and directed.
