Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5m in width or 10 sqm on plan) including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms , lift upto 1.5m,including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed , within a lead of 50m - All kinds of Soil

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering.- All work upto plinth level -1:5:10 (1 cement:5coarse sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of entering,shuttering,finishing and reinforcement -All work upto plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1 .5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Reinforced cement concrete work in walls (any thickness), including attached pilasters , buttresses, plinth and string courses, fillets, columns , pillars, piers, abutments, posts and struts etc.upto floor five level excluding cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement:1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size)

Centring and shuttering including strutting, propping etc.and removal of form for:Foundations , footings, bases of columns ,etc. for mass concrete.

Steel Reinforcement for R.C.C work including straightening , cutting , bending , placing in position and binding all complete up to plinth level Thermo Mechanically treated bars (TISCON / VIZAG /IISCO /SAIL / JSW) Fe-415 or More.

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S. (non modular ) bricks of class designation 3.5 in foundation and plinth in - cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S (non modular ) bricks of class designation 3.5 in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level in all shapes and sizes in - cement mortar 1:6 ( 1 cement : 6 coarse sand)

Steel work welded in built-up section framed work including centring, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a primer coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc., as required in gratings, frames, guard bar ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

6mm cement plaster of mix 1:3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand).

12mm cement plaster of mix :Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand)

15mm cement plaster on the rough side of single or half brick wall of mix - 1:6 (1cement : 6 fine sand)

White washing with lime to give on even shade - New work (three or more coats).

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade - New work (Two or more coats applied @ 3.84 kg / 10 sqm)

Applying priming coat - with ready mixed red oxide zinc chromate primer of approved brand and manufacture on steel galvanised iron / steel works

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade - Two or more coats on new work.
