REPAIRS/REPLACEMENT OF ROOF AND ROOF TREATMENT ,LEAKAGE SEEPAGE ,RAIN WATER PIPE AND OTHER CONNECTED B/R WORKS UNDER CELL 2 OF AGE B/R-I UNDER GE (NW) NOFRA COLABA, MUMBAI

Taking down existing tarfelt / mud plaster including roof treatment bedding on brick or stone surfaces on roof /parapet wall , etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc. and removing the old material out side of MoD land.Complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & labour for roughening of surfaces of old concrete floor/slab by wire brushing, sweeping, cleaning and washing down to remove all loose dust etc, and brushing neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/Sqm on floor/roof surface, complete all as specified.

Material & labour for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20 mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregates as in roof kerb , padding to maintain the required slope and finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified.

M & L for Rendering 15 mm thick on brick or concrete surfaces of wall in cement mortar (1:4) mixed, 200ml Water Proofing Chemical shall be mixed with 50 kg (1bag) of cement and finishing the surface even and fair without using extra cement including roughning of old surfaces and prepartion complete all as specified. Note: - Water proofing chemical shall be measured & paid separately.

Supply only Water proofing chemical complete all as specified and directed

M & L for Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in Ccement mortar (1:6) for laying floor finishes

M&L for cutting grooves in brick walls 75mm wide and 65mm deep for inserting APP membrane and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar (1:3), removal the rubbish off the permises upto a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs complete all as specified and directd.

Material and labour for cleaning the new or old pastered or concrete surfaces and water proofing treatment of roof horizontal surfaces consisting as under:- (a) Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial hot blown bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm over a coat of bituminous primer conforming to IS-3384:1986 @ 0.30 litre/sqm including preparation of roof surfaces (b) Laying 5 layered 4 mm thick APP (Atactic poly propylene) modified membrane reinforced with 180 GSM (Gms/Sqm) of non woven polyester mat, applied by thermo fusion using LPG torch on the bottom portion of the membrane with an overlap of 100mm in longitudinal direction and applying two coats of bituminous aluminium paint on APP membrane complete all as specified and as directed

All as per item No 9 above , but on vertical surfaces

Taking up or down steel tubing 80mm and above with connections, including cleaning for refixing old steel tubing and connections in new or old position (Walls, ceiling,floors, etc.)
