Demolition of Cement Concrete (Unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc. 15cm thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 75mm thick cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates as sub base to floor, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 15mm thick Screed bed or bedding layer of mortar in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors with grey cement and pigments complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with fine sand and cutting of paver block as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete. all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete. complete all as specified.

M&L for dismantling Trellis work (Jafri), including taking as under of battens in trellis (posts and rails measured separately) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) louvers and jallies, 25 mm thick (measured solid) including all moulding and frame work set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for wall cladding tile n.exc 0.10 sqm and 7 to 8 mm thick of any colour and pattern set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match including 10 mm thick rendering on wall in cement mortar 1:4 and surface finished even and fair (including dismantling of existing tiles) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any guage, thickness including nainital or similar pattern roof covering and wall cladding complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 0.50 mm Galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with coach screws and washers, in roofs, walls etc. with grade of zinc coating 275.complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 0.50 mm thick Plain, galvanised, mild steel sheeting, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings (length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrougth iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc.complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth , priming with a coat of red oxide primer and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Desludging/cleaning including dewatering of septic tank/soak well/manholes in any dia and depth upto 1.5 mtr for liquid and slurry material and removing the sludge from the tank by mechanical using hydraulic operated high pressure suction cum jetting sewer cleaning machine having jetting tank capacity of minimum 5000 ltr and suction tank capacity of 300 ltrs and 260 LPM with minimum 145 bar suction flow of 10200 LPM including skilled driver and operator abd supervising Engineer including provision of water for jetting and removal of sludge/silt/liquid/mud and sand (in foul position) etc outside the MoD land /premises at any distance complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge including loading, unloading digging out pit of any size in any type of soil, scouring sludge/site/spoil/mud etc into the pit and spraying bleaching powder over the entire surface complete.

Note:- (a) The service provider/contractor during the mechanized operation shall be equipped with gas monitor, nylon rope ladder, torch light and compressor blower etc along with the sewage cleaning truck mounted suction/jetting machine.

(b) The cleaning shall be carried out with mechanized operation by means of jetting machines and the sludge sucked out with super succer machine of required capacity and sent to storage tanks for further disposal to the authorized disposal site. (c) Manual cleaning operation/scavenging is prohibited.

(d) The unit rate shall deem to include for all materials, labour of skilled/unskilled, tools and plants and requisite quality of water for the entire operation and transportation arrangements. (e) The measurement shall be included with depth of water and sludge/site/mud. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Cleaning of SGSW line/CI/PVC line up100mm to 150mm internal dia by rodding from manhole for cleaning and well flushing after cleaning by taking off manhole cover and placing the same in position after cleaning and removing the waste material/sludge etc out of the garrison area complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note:The cost of excavation and earth work for pits is deemed to be included in the unit rate )

M&L for Cleaning of blocked/filled W.C/ floor/ nahani/ gully trap (any type) by heating pipe line with blow lamp/roding the CI/SWG pipe of any dia upto first manhole/gully trap after taking off the cover and placing the same in position after cleaning and removing the waste material/sludge etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Cutting into existing manholes for connecting new drains, making good to pipe and rendering, cutting out existing benching for and forming branch channel in cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-l smooth finished, and reforming benhing as required for 150mm bore complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in Charge.

S&F in repairs for Vitreous China bowl type urinals, size of 465x355x265mm white(minimum) with grating and union for discharge pipe complete including providing and fixing plugs, bedding urinal against wall in cement mortar 1:2, securing urinal to plugs with and including 60mm long brass screws, pointing around urinal back in cement; fixing automatic flushing cistern with brackets, flush pipe, grating and Union for discharge pipe. (excluding of fixing supply pipe, flushing cistern, flush pipe, trap) including waste pipe complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repairs vitreous china water closet (Squatt Pan) Orrisa pattern 580x440 mm size pan white with front or back inlet with integral 'foot rests including provn of lime concrete bedding including connections to 'flushing cistern/pipe' complete all as specified and directed including 100mm CI/PVC 'P' trap complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair PVC 10 Ltrs valve less, syphonic action type, flushing cistern, low level, white, with inlet, ball valve, float and handle including brackets complete with 32 mm dia flush pipe connecting to squatt pattern etc. ISI approved etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in repair 25 mm bore Gun metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Coloured Non Skid Ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tiles exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including screed bed 15mm thick in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Coloured Glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surfaces of size 450 x 300x7mm thick over and including 10mm thick bedding layer in CM 1:4, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 in depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells cess pits, manholes etc n exc 10 sqm on plan and n.exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in incl spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm as in soft/ loose soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material n exc 50 m and depositing where at a level n exc 1.5 m above the starting point in soils, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
