Supply of Materials for Street Lighting with Single Arm(130 W LED LAMP WITH FIXTURE)

Supply of 8.0 M hot dip galvanised octagonal pole with 1500 mm long decorative single arm bracket including foundation bolts. Each pole shall have a weather proof looping/termination box clamped at 550 mm shall be provided with a suitable earth terminal. Bakelite sheet shall be provided if the cable termination is inside pole with 2 nos. 6A SP MCB and other accessories as required.

Supply outdoor type Feeder Pillar comprising of suitable FP MCCB 16 KA (Short circuit rating) as incomer and outgoing as TPN MCB 10 KA (short circuit rating) of suitable rating along with single dial timer & FP AC-1 wide band contactor of suitable rating along with GPRS based automatic ON/OFF controller as per technical specification. Proper ground clearance and foundation shall be provided. Other accessories if required will be in bidder's scope.

Supply of armoured cable of 1.1 KV grade including excavation of trench/DWCHDP/GI pipe & backfilling with soft soil.

a) Each Street Light pole shall be provided with double coil earthing using 8 SWG GI wire wound to 50 mm diameter earth electrode and shall be connected to earthing stud of pole. The earth electrode shall be buried up to a depth of 1 M below the ground level.

b) Each distribution box shall be provided with 2 nos. 25* 3 GI Flat connected to 2.5 M long 40 mm dia GI pipe earthing at two place. Charcoal, salt and other accessories shall be as per IS

Construction of civil foundation for 8.0 M hot dip galvanized octagonal pole considering SBC as 10Ton/Sqmtr at a depth of 2Mtr from ground level. Foundation drawing has to be approved by the employer before commencement of work.
