Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n exc 0.5 cu. m, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/ loose soil.

Surface excavation n.exc (not exceeding) 30 cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out in any type of soil.

M&L for cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 using 40mm graded stone aggreage as in foundations, filling and mass concrete.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-2 using 40mm graded stone aggreage as in foundations, filling and mass concrete.

S&F for Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts;posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes,notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc.,and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165.

M&L Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc.including provission of binding wire complete.

Supply only 3.0 mm dia Chain link mild steel galvanisd fencing of mesh size (nominal pitch of wire) of 50mmx50mm.

M&L for rolled mild steel plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment of Fe-290 grade E-165 complete all as specified.

M&L for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) of dia 11 to 15 mm with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut and length exc 5cm but not exc 10 cm complete.

M&L for preparation of newly steel surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete.

M&L for Hardcore of broken stone or boulders of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete type B- 2, 1:2:4 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in floor finishes.

M&L for Mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips

M&L for mild steel bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes,including bolts, if required:hooks (stay), heavy, for large gates; hook and pintle hinges: large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts; clamps;hold fasts; wall ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 .

Removing excavated material (soil) n exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point.

S&F for anodised aluminium door shutter (single),aluminium section weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats,glazing clips, ruber neoprene packing,alum handles & tower bolt (2 Nos) of 150mm to each shutter,SS hinges,anodised aluminum snap beading, screws etc. including 12mm thick prelaminated particle board, interior grade, prelaminated one side with decorative choice lamination & other side balancing white lamination as in panels and aluminium (die cast body) door closer hydraulically regulated,designation No. 3,universal type, suitable suitable for door shutters complete.

M&L for washing, rubbing down and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces ,filling crack with wall care putty etc on wall and applying one coat of oil bound distemper complete.

S&F for 3mm thick UV protected weather resistance clear transparent Poly carbonate Sheet simpact tensile strength 65 Mpa at D-638 standard with screw complete all as specified.

M&L for 2 mm thick printed PVC floor sheet laid with approved rubber based adhesive over 18mm thick veneered particle boards interior grade,solid core, general purposes type ,with face veneers of type 'BB' fixed with screws as in floor complete all as specified.

Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting etc. and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc any type all as specified and as directed.

Taking down unserviceable sub main wiring with conduits/ battens etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for point wiring with single core PVC insulated unsheathed 1.5 sqmm FRLS multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade IS-694 marked drawn in and including rigid non metallic PVC concealed conduit medium grade not less than 20mm dia ISI marked with all conduit fittings and fixing accessories including pressed steel boxes with bakalite sheet for mounting switches, sockets, fan regulators etc and earth wire single core PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade IS-694 marked 1.5 sqmm FRLS cable as continuous earth wire connecting to common earth dolly in concealed wiring system including making good the disturbed surface of wall, one light point controlled by one switch one way for fan/light point complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for ceiling rose, surface type, 65mmx50mm, 2 to 3 terminal complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for switch piano flush type 5 Amps, single pole one way complete.

S&F indoor decorative LED battens- T8 type 20 watt 4 feet white fixture with extruded almn body, suitable for LED tybe 20 watt, bipin holder, connector block, LED rod 20 watt etc complete with all accessories internally are wired and including connecting up with twin core copper conductor cable complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of single pole and neutral enclosure with a two pin and earth plug and socket complete with one single pole MCB single pole 20 Amps complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sub main wiring with two runs of single core PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS cable of size 4 Sqmm multistranded copper conductor 1100 V grade IS-694 drawing into and including rigid non metallic PVC concealed conduit, medium grade ISI marked (not less than 20mm) with all conduit fittings & fixing accessories for concealed in wall/ ceiling or surface including the one run single core PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS cable of 4 Sqmm earth continuity conductor complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Note-The above mentioned run of single core cable and specified earth contituity conductor and revelent conduit with fitting accessories will be measured as one run)
