M & L for 300x200 x7 mm thick glazed ceramic tiles (Digital pattern) (digital pattern) including highlighter colored as in dado/ skirting and vertical serfaces set&jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in colored cement 0ver and incl 10 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 to match the Shade, pattern, laying etc of tiles as directed at site.

M & L 25 mm thick cement concrete (1:2:4), type B-0, using 12.50 mm graded aggregate as in floors including finishing the surface rough for laying finishes complete all as specified and directed.

S & F steel windows with side hung shutter incl box type butt hinges with bow handle,steel peg stay, tower bolts ( each shutter having two tower bolts 100mm long ) complete with glazing bars dovetailed or welded complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Steel ventilator with top hung shutter including, hinges, peg stay, complete all as specified and directed.

Solid PVC door frame of size 50mm x47mm made out of 5mm plain clour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, supplying and fixing in opening as per specification and drawing.

S & F factory made solid Panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top and bottom rails. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail and bottom rail on either side and gap insert for top and bottom rail; panelling of plain colour PVC sheet 5mm thick to be fitted in the MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and jointed together with solvent cement, all as per specification and drawing.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4, in two layers (1st layer 10 mm thick rendering coat and 2nd layer 5 mm thick finishing coat) on brick work or concrete surfaces, second layer (finishing coat) mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml / 50 Kg bag of cement as per manufacturer's instructions and finished the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : Liquid WPC will be measured and paid separately.

M & L Rendring 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick/concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.
