Providing and Laying Gravel to 100mm compacted thick including cost & conveyance of gravel from approved sources to work site including labour for spreading, watering and compacting by Power roller to achieve the required Proctor density at 100% compaction

Advance patch work for making up the undulation in the existing B.T surface to an average thickness of of 50mm using 45mm IRC size HBG metal with 44 Kg of Bitumen-for 1cum of metal mixed in hot mix plant laying at site

Advance patch work for making up the undulation in the existing B.T surface to an average thickness of of 25mm using 13.20mm IRC size HBG metal with 44 Kg of Bitumen-for 1cum of metal mixed in hot mix plant laying at site

Providing and laying Water Bound Macadam Grading - III(63mm to11.20mm)IRC HBG of 75mm consolidated thickness consisting of clean, crushed aggregates mechanincally interlocked by rolling and bonding together with screening binding material of 0.24 cum for 10 sqm (the material passing 425 microns sieve shall have liquid limit and plasticity index not more than 20 & 6% repectively) and finished in accordance with the requirements of the specification and thickness as per approved plans or as directed by the Engineer as per clause 405 of MORD revision I(Mix -in - place method) Rate for 10sqm

Applying tack coat over WBM surface using 4 kgs of bitumen emulsion per 10 sqm including cost of bitumen emulsion which will be supplied departmentally at section stores cost of which will be recovered at the issue rate as per the special conditions appended herewith including conveyance of bitumen emulsion to actual workspot handling charges including labour charges for brushing , cleaning and preparing the surface for laying the required quantity of bitumen emulsion including hire, fuel and running charges for all tools and plants employed for the work including all other incidental charges such as barricading and providing danger lights, flags, etc., complete as per standard specification No 503 of MOST

Applying tack coat over BT surface using 3 kgs of bitumen emulsion per 10 sqm including cost of bitumen emulsion which will be supplied departmentally at section stores cost of which will be recovered at the issue rate as per the special conditions appended herewith including conveyance of bitumen emulsion to actual workspot handling charges including labour charges for brushing , cleaning and preparing the surface for laying the required quantity of bitumen emulsion including hire, fuel and running charges for all tools and plants employed for the work including all other incidental charges such as barricading and providing danger lights, flags, etc., complete as per standard specification No 503 of MOST

Providing and laying the premix carpet with seal coat type a for 20mm thickness using 0.18 Cum of 13.2 mm IRC HBG metal and 0.09 Cum of 11.2 mm IRC HBG metal with 13.14 Kg of bitumenand for 1.46 plastic waste for pre mixing 10 Sqm of premix carpet ,for seal coat using 0.09 Cum of 6.70 mm chips with 8.82 Kgs of bitumen per and 0.98kg plastic waste 10 Sqm including cost and conveyance of materials to the work site and stacking them to the Dept metric gauge for the premeasurement, heating the bitumen in bitumen boiler, heating the aggregates and mixing them with bitumen in mini hot mix plant for premix carpet only rolling by 80-100 KN, power roller for premix carpet and seal coat separately including labour charges for spreading the mix for the pre mix carpet application of bitumen for the seal coat over pre mix carpet , hire charges and fuel charges for mini hot mix plant bitumen boiler power roller and all other tools and plants employed etc., complete as per clause 509 of most specifications
