Taking down copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan socket or power) complete including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets light fittings etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per condition separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of wall, floor etc. complete all as specified.

M&L for point wiring with 1.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area, single core, 1100 Volts grade, multi-stranded, PVC insulated, unsheathed FRLS copper conductor cable with and including continuous earth wire of size 1.5 Sqmm nominal cross sectional area, single core, 1100 Volts grade, multi-stranded, PVC insulated, unsheathed, FRLS copper conductor cable and connected to common earth and earth dolly with suitable copper lugs and drawing into and including rigid non-metallic PVC conduit of 20mm dia or higher, medium grade complete with and including all PVC conduit accessories concealed into wall by cutting of chases in wall and replacement of modular metal flush box, modular white cover plate with frame, blanking plate etc and making good to the disturbed surfaces to match the existing complete all as specified and directed for one light / bell point/exhaust point controlled by one, one way switch 06 Amps complete all as specified.
