(Please see the general and additional terms and conditions of the tender carefully prior to quoting of the rate.Intending Bidder must upload the design ideas proposed for decoration on stage including other/floral decorations ,arrangement of entry exit including barricading and seating arrangement as per terms etc to be uploaded in the space provided along with the bid document.
