S&F Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. complete all as specified and directed (each line wire to be measured)

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, bed plate and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and necessary form work as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L preparing new steel Surfaces of any description, not otherwise described,over 10cm width orgirth with applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F PVC colour coated concertina coil 450mm dia consists of high tensile strength core wire and punched steel tape with barbs and expandable length 5 to 6 mtrs complete all as directed

Taking down cement plaster on wall & ceiling of any description including racking out joints, hacking for key and scrubbing down with water etc complete all as directed.

M&L for 20mm thick rendering with cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick work in two layers (10mm & 10mm) seperately mixed with water proofing compound in top layer as per manufacturer's instructions and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid seperately under appropiate item.

Supply only Liquid water proofing compound conforming to IS: 2645 specification complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Preparation of new surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth and applying two coats of cement base paint over one coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25 cm layers in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (Soil) not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Brickwork with sub class ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 incl demolition of old bricks complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing conforming to Fe 290 (Gde E-165) complete including necessary preperation of surfaces and applying one shop coat of red oxide, zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling of barbed wire of any description complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 18-20mm thick (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite including 20mm thick backing layer in cement mortar 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Rendering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 for finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.
